Shelley and Jamie have proven to be the best! Professional, friendly, accommodating and very patient.
From my dogs very first visit to the spa, and now after boarding them, I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction and bond Shaggy and Scarlett have formed with Shelley and Jamie.
Thank you J&S for always taking care of my precious babies.

These ladies are the Best! Our Dutch is 4yrs old and suffers with separation anxiety. Our past kenneling experiences have been rough as he comes home with such anxiety. Dutch has now stayed at J and S Pet Boarding and Spa twice and has returned home completely calm and happy, like nothing we have ever previously experienced. Even the rides home, after pickup, have been amazing! So excited to have found you all…Thank you ladies for taking such Great Care of Dutch while we were away!!!

I am so happy we found J & S Pet Boarding to take care of our big baby, Boy, a Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard mix. We boarded him for 5 days + bath and were thrilled to get updates and photos of his happy face and play time with his new pup pals. I just love that Shelley and Jamie truly care about providing top-notch services and snuggles.
The kennel is so inviting, spotlessly clean inside, and the outdoor play areas are just pet perfect, and pet-focused for safety, cleanliness, and fun. One look at the front door, so welcoming with cute little paw prints and festive mums and pumpkins let me know from first glance that Jamie and Shellie are attentive to every little detail in providing a great environment I can trust when Boy needs a home away from home.

I could not have asked for a better time while we were away on vacation as Jamie and Shelley done caring for my schnauzers Beau and Dax! They sent me tons of pictures and videos and snuggled with my boys like I do! Needless to say I had high anxiety because we had only boarded 1 time before with someone else and it wasn’t a great experience! I will always board with J and S from now on. You will not be upset, my babies didn’t want to leave them!! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

I've known Jaime for many years, she is not only the best groomer in the area, she's one of the best people I know.

One of my favorite sayings is, how you do anything is how you do everything. Jaime is a great mom, a great friend, a great parent and a great business owner who will do anything for anyone in need.

I highly recommend her to anyone who needs grooming services or a great friend in the future.

I really enjoyed my first time experience at Rainsville Pet Spa.Jamie and her staff were friendly,did a great job,and my baby was only there for a couple of hours.I highly recommend them and I will be going back.
