I ordered an açaí bowl and the presentation looked good, but I found 2 pieces of plastics in the bowl. I called afterwards to inform the staff and they said they said they would look into it. The staff member that answered my call was friendly. I just can’t help thinking what if a kid was eating the bowl and someone could have choked so I am writing this review.

My dear friend waited 30minutes for her order the service was subpar at best the snarky looks didn’t make it any better! Mind you it took me 3 times to get their attention absolutely insane never coming here again 👎👎 oh and the food was cold at that!

This was the worse Fn service ever. I ordered 2 drinks. I saw the employee literally take 25 min to make one of my drinks.when I say work I mean she poured a bit,walk away,pored a bit more,made 2 other drinks that where not my order. She had like 5 in plastic ready to be poured in cups. My drink still not full,she poured ice,left my drink worked on other people drinks. I brought it to there attention that my drink had been sitting there for 20min incomplete.They said that they were making the foam in the back. Never letting me know when I ordered my drinks that it was gonna take a while because They ran out,giving me at least the option to pick another drink. The guy workers looks at the worker n said don’t worry who cares 😠 Wow incredible almost 40min for 2 Drinks. The lobby was full N to make matters worse they didn’t even fill up the drinks to the top.Poor Poor Job

taro boba slush made well only one other place has made it this good. the talent for taro boba is not as common as it used to be. they had a line here for a good reason. this location has macarons! it doesn't get much better. lots of parking and target is nearby. this is in commerce center where there's lots of stores nearby.

I went here for the first time ever, and I must say the vibes and service were amazing. I ordered a Thai Milk Tea w/ boba and I really enjoyed the drink itself my one peice of advice is that you improve the boba recipe since o felt is what held my drink back otherwise a 10/10 experience & Drink!

Just leaving this as a warning to others who enjoy Boba Time. Really enjoy going to Boba Time and have tried all items on their menu but this location egregiously failed at serving simple orders. Our orders tasted like tap water and milk mixed with water. Better to just drive a bit father and try any other location.
