I have always been treated great, big thanks to host, Anthony. He is the best. Love the room and the slots. Very good food but sure wish they could have the buffet again. All in all, it’s a great place when you want to get away for a few days! Thanks Anthony for always being there for me and my husband. Appreciate you!

We did not spend the night at the Isle Casino, but it is very nice well and well kept. We attended a surprise birthday party. The room that it was held in was very nice. The bartender was very pleasant and efficient. They just had some little munchies and cup cakes. It was a very enjoyable evening. The birthday girl was shocked. So the evening was a success.

When I arrived to the hotel, I was immediately greeted by a guy named Tyler. He was very friendly and was very professional. I was just curious and asked if there were any rooms that faced the river. He responded “I will take a look, and if there is anything I will do my best to get you that room.” I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I was immediately given a very good first impression of the location! The property is full of well lit areas and very relaxing atmosphere. The room was awesome and very well priced. I travel 10 days of the month (every month). This being said I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the year and this one I will definitely be staying at again in the future. Thank you for the comfortable and accommodating stay.

Called on Sat. to see if any rooms were available was told yes, went through process and when the lady on phone confirmed she had made it for Sun. not Sat. told her no wanted it for Sat. and got hung up on. Called back only to get someone else who says it's not refundable explained was not our mistake, finally told they would cancel and refund the room to only get a email today with a voucher for a room minus hotel fees. I've called asked for manager and no one is available and won't return call. Beware of making reservations at this hotel.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Went there to get away for a Sunday evening with my fiancé. Had a horrible experience. I chose a hotel with a casino attached so I could gamble some and be able to hopefully relax with my fiancé. I love to be able to enjoy all the amenities of the hotel while I’m there because I try to get what I pay for because it’s not cheap to get away and you of course want to get your moneys worth. So I chose a Sunday because I figured there would be no children swimming especially at a Casino. Don’t get me wrong I have no issue with people bringing their children along just as long as they’re respectful and the adults can make sure they are respectful to others, but that didn’t happen and my trip was completely ruined. Went to go swimming around 8:30 in the evening and on my way to the pool I can hear children screaming at the top of their lungs so I already knew it wasn’t going to be good. So I get to the pool and there are 3 children in the pool screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. The parents were in the hot tub drinking alcohol doing nothing to try to get their children to be respectful. Sat there for a good 30 minutes waiting to be able to enjoy the pool hoping the parents would tend to their children that were clearly being disrespectful, but they did nothing. So we left since our chance to enjoy ourselves in the pool had already been ruined by the rude parents who couldn’t control their children. Come to find out later these same people that were clearly intoxicated had thrown their trash all over the hallway and you had to walk around it. Absolutely horrible experience. We left after only being at the hotel for a few short hours. Told the front desk we wanted a refund and only offered us 30% when we were barely ever in the room. Told us to call back and talk to the manager numerous times and the manager never answers nor returns your call. And here it is a few days later and I received my deposit back after being promised 30% + resort fees. Only thing I received back was my $100 deposit. I’ve never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. At least if someone spends several hundred at your casino + books a room for a night that they don’t get to stay in because their trip gets ruined couldn’t you at least refund the room for the night? In my opinion casino hotels should be 21+ regardless. And if you’re going to bring your children make sure they’re respectful or take them to another hotel. Horrible experience would never stay at this hotel again.

Let's start in the parking garage, trash cans are full and overflowing, get inside go into bathroom and most of the fixtures did not work or have any soap. One towel machine was empty the other one would dispense four inches of paper. Moving around the casino full ash trays everywhere, cups, beer bottles you name it laying all around the machines. Went to get some ice water and both machines in front and back were out of ice. The place is just nasty unlike the Rythm just up the street no matter what time of day there are always cleaners throughout ensuring its clean and straight....this is the exact opposite then what you will see at the Isle and that is why we won't ever go back.

The parking is questionable and the deck was full of trash. Tried checking in around 2p… the obnoxious lady at the front said “we have rooms available but it cost $10 to check in now. If you wait till 3p we can get you a better room for free”. What? You asking me to pay for a worse room? First casino I’ve ever been to that turns customers away. The rest is meh at best. I understand there are not a lot of choices in the area, but that should not give them a free pass on customer service. I would avoid this location and find alternative!
