My daughter rents from the lady that owns this place. Repairs are needed to the properties. There is mold in my daughter's rental. The property manager and his wife have been harassing her. They shut her power off in may. They called animal control and said she abandoned her dogs. Had her cars towed from in front of her house. They finally served her with an eviction. The judge threw it out of court because they didn't file the right paperwork. The property manager Bob and his wife Tracy harassed a couple of other tenets. Bob was arrested for doing so. They have violated my daughter's rights so much that my daughter is filing a civil suit. Don't rent from them. You will regret it!

Our rv is infested with ants after checking in at 6pm and waking up early the next morning. Our dogs are covered in prickly burrs as they are all over the ground at the entrance to our spot. Absolute nightmare that we will continue to deal with for the next week or so. Avoid this place.

Great RV Park on the lake with full hookups. Very nice and friendly hosts.
Morning ea beautiful with fresh air and birds singing in the trees.
We had breakfast outside, enjoying the views and listening to water splashing against the docks.
Would definitely consider staying there if we're in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months while he worked on his internship. We really loved the people that lived in the park year round. The manager is great. The people kind and service was awesome. They took really good care of us. The only thing we didn't like is that the park is a drive through place for other residential homes upstreet as well as other RV parks. Traffic at night can wake you up. The restrooms were kept clean and stocked and showers were free. We had a waterfront spot and really enjoyed it. We would totally stay here again! Jerry,the park manager, is awesome. Thanks guys for the lovely 2 months we had!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here! Jerry, a retired electrician with experience driving 18 wheelers is the new on-site manager. I've known Jerry for a couple of years. He's the nicest guy. He helped me back my 35' fifth wheel into a gorgeous spot that looks out at the lake! It only took about 1/2 hr to get it perfect. He didn't leave until we had it side to side level. That was great!!
Susan, the off-site manager, has been with Island RV Park for years...all the way back to the previous owner! She's a gem to work with! I came a long distance & broke down on the way. I was a week late, but still got the spot I wanted! Amazing!
The bathrooms are clean and roomy with showers! The laundry mat has several washers & dryers, and is inexpensive.
If you have a boat, there are 2 boat ramps and tie ups available at the dock. Lastly, for you fishermen out there, they have a place where you can clean your catch!

This place is fine if you don't need much. Our spot was right on the lake and at 30 bucks just fine by us! You want to make sure your stuff is locked down at night. Nice park manager and Ebony will probably be licking your shoes when you check in:) The lock to get in the restroom/shower was a bit of a pain. Place is quite outdated in that department.

From the sound of the waves breaking on the beach or seawall to gorgeous sunsets to fantastic fishing this place is #1. The owners and manager just can't do enough for you. The full timers are super friendly. I could live there forever. Ringside seat for 4th of July fire works show and a park pot luck with live music. Just plain ole " Hard to beat"
