Honestly you’re better off at a different massage. It wasn’t what I expected. The massage wasn’t continuous like I’m used to. I was confused with how to prepare for my massage. No instructions were given. During service, there was a lot of stopping and going to grab things in another room.. another employee kept coming into my private area to whisper things to my masseuse. Perhaps about the booking but it was still inappropriate. I noticed a camera above, my private room isn’t covered and there was a time where my masseuse raised me up and I was exposed. I didn’t feel…comfortable when I saw the camera. Hopefully it doesn’t have access to the private rooms that are not covered at the top. Overall my massage was not very good. I got a deep tissue and I don’t feel better. I tipped them and will be on my way. I wouldn’t come here again.

First time visiting. I walked in a guy asked what I wanted. I said foot massage. Then he walked away. So I started following because I thought he was walking me to a massage chair. Then he put his hands up in a STOP position. So ,I waited. Then a young lady comes out. Says what you want? So, I said foot massage only. Then she quoted the price with the body for $45. I said no thanks, I'll just have the $30 foot massage today. Then she asked if I would pay with a card. I said yes I'll be paying with a card. She pulled out the credit card terminal, and said $30. Now, during this entire time she appeared annoyed or angry, but I ignored. Then, I said you want me to pay now before I get the service? She angrily said YES my boss said so. I said , I have never paid for a massage before I received it at these places. I have been to so many reflexology massage spots. Regardless, I said no thank you, I don't pay for this type of service before I receive it. I'm pretty sure that all customers are not given this unwanted treatment. WOW

Just beware if you ask for less time (ie. 45min) they will still charge you for the full hour. And they will demand tip.

It was nice $40 for 1 hour body massage, tipping is required. I almost forgot to tip, the lady was upset and called me out. I did end up tipping but the attitude was not needed.

Me and my wife Had a couples massage this week. This is the first time we found the best Foot Reflexology in LA. They are really Good. We recommend Coco and Grace! They are both fantastic they know the pressure and they know what there doing. We choose for 90 mins, massage and we feel good after that.. We definitely going back and recommended this place.

OMG this place is wonderful! I wasn’t sure how good they were cause I only meant to do laundry next door. I went in for a 30 minute massage with Lisa. Everyone kept their voices low, the ambiance was pleasant & peaceful, & my Massage left me rejuvenated. Lisa has very strong hands (that I like as far as pressure) & a very solid technique. Very happy & will be back.

I have a small pain on the sole of my right foot, so, I thought that this place would be ideal to take away the pain or at least help with alleviating the pain. My first line of communication with the host was to let them know that I had this specific pain. The host recommended a 45 minute foot massage with a 15 minute body massage. That sounded good, so, I agreed. I received the opposite. I got a 45 minute body massage and a 15 minute foot scrub. The foot massage I received was more of a foot scrub, rather than a massage, which made me upset because I went there because I thought these reflexology support would help my foot. At the end, I tipped the masseuse based on what I thought she deserved for my foot scrub, then, the host looked me and pointed to her chart that said their set prices for tipping. I'm all about tipping because I have many friends in the service industry, but not when the service was poor and you didn't get what was expected. I would find another location for a foot massage; however, if you decide to go there, I hope you enjoy your foot scrub.

Response To Response From Owner: Thank you for providing me with the price difference for your massages; however, as stated in my prior review, what I received is not what I paid for. I think you are providing false advertisement when you state that you are a reflexology foot massage spa, but simply provide a foot scrub as the massage. Thank you for the offer, but I do not plan to ever go to your location again.
