had an amazing experience at In Shape Family Fitness in Citrus Heights this morning! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained.

A huge shoutout to Alec and DJ - they were absolutely fantastic! Their energy and expertise made my workout exceptional.

And what a lovely touch - the beautiful balloons set up for the Preview Day event added a wonderful ambiance to the space.

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

The Citrus Heights In-Shape Fitness gym is a great place to workout. The gym, restrooms, showers, and locker rooms are clean. The equipment is clean, well maintained, and works well. The staff are friendly and courteous. The patrons are for the most part friendly and polite.

I really enjoy the variety of equipment and SPACE at In-Shape Citrus Heights. (Some places the machines are too close together.) The pool, spa and steam room are excellent options to have access to either after working out or for aqua classes and therapeutic soaks. There is also a beautiful aerobic/dance studio area, spin room, free weights area and racquetball courts. Such a great variety of ways to stay active!

The employees are friendly and helpful. I'm grateful to have access to such a great place and great people!

I called to cancel my membership. I moved and no longer liked the location amenities where I relocated. I called where we originally attended gym and spoke with DJ. He was great at explaining some issue I was having regarding cancellation at new site. Ty DJ for being patient and kind. And for giving better explanations. Citrus Heights gym I will miss u.

I love this gym. Staff is friendly & helpful. Plenty of machines. Lockers, pool area & everything is clean. I especially love the warm saltwater pool, jacuzzi, & fresh water play area. Very family friendly. I wish the hours were longer, especially in the summer. The owners should also put spin dryers in the locker rooms for bathing suits (like Chuze Fitness has).

This gym is clean, friendly staff, Fitness Manager Alec is knowledgeable and helpful.
This location is less busy that some of the others so I drop in here during peak hours.

My experience was excellent!! Stacy, DJ, and Lex was awesome! This is a must come! Signed up my son and grandson plate got guess passes. I have DJ a hard time at first but found out he is a sweetheart. I got a free trainer with Hannah and she rocked it. I’m an older woman and I’m very impressed. Come on down men women and children
