Sanja has been a fantastic injector for me my first time getting Botox. She makes you feel very comfortable and is super knowledgeable and consultative. I would highly recommend!

I started at another Innovative location about a mile away for primary care until they transferred my doctor to this location. For the second appointment in a row, I waited 35+ minutes to be seen for a 30-minute medication monitor. I walked out this time.

Additionally, the staff misgendered me almost every single visit (6 or 7) despite their website and verbal statements about being LGBTQ+ friendly.

My doctor also wanted me to start Ozempic even though I don’t have diabetes. I told her on my first visit I needed a doctor that wasn’t fatphobic or wanting to push weight loss, yet she tried to high five me every visit for things like the scale showing 2 pounds less than the previous visit.

So much more to say but I’ll end with: I was never asked about getting a flu shot or Covid booster.

I don’t know why Innovative is pretending to provide primary care. I should’ve trusted my gut after my second visit and found a more legit medical provider.

I have been getting Botox for about 10-12 years at various med spas around the area and had not really been impressed enough to stick with one provider u til I started coming to Sanja. She has done an amazing job making sure they my face still looks like my face, just younger and smoother. I recommended her and Innovative to anyone looking for a great experience with these kinds of treatments, who really takes the time to understand what the patient needs and will follow up to make sure it’s perfect!
