A little unprofessional phone etiquette. When calling them, they don't answer with the common, "Hello, Inn by The SFO." No, they answer with just, "hello?" It makes you wonder if you called the right number.

Check-in was fast and easy with plenty of parking. They also accommodated my last minute addition of another day.

The room I stayed in was clean and neat. Plenty of towels were provided and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner was in the bathroom. My only gripe was the refrigerator's freezer couldn't keep anything frozen.

Check-out was again quick and easy.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Just don't bring any ice cream to your room thinking you'll have some later, it'll be soup by then.

The lady helping at the lobby is very rude i originally payed for my stay through booking and i got here the lady said it was not payed for that i needed to pay for the room, i showed her proof of my payement she was still being very rude and kept saying oh well on my end it says it is not payed wanted to charge me again giving me attitude. When i pulled the receipt and i was showing her the receipt and how it was already deducted from my bank she just left me talking and went back in to her little office. I called booking to have them contact them, after they contacted them and told them i had payed there was a guy in the lobby i explained how rude the lady had been and all he did was laugh and say oh shes my wife she does not know! This is the worse hotel ever i will NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN the rooms smell, i got a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi is so nasty couldnt even enjoy that. DONT STAY HERE.

1. Dirty room: stains on carpet, smell in the room (albeit not strong), lots of dust on shelves and lamps.

2. Does not provide personal hygiene products: no shampoos or body soap, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no slippers.

3. Stains on towels: small bloodstains and hairs in supposedly new towels.

On a side note, the bed seems to be clean.

This inn will not make you comfortable at all and likely (if you are worried about personal hygiene) will add to your stress in traveling. Although the bus stop is five minutes of walking distance away and the room price is very cheap ($90 after all fees), I’d add $30-40 next time and book one of the better ones on the street(yes, there are LOTS of hotels on this street).

Ever been asked, "Are you gonna watch tv?" When you check into a place Nope. Me either. This should have been a HUGE indication of what was to follow...Room 107 claims to have a new TV. Lol. The amount of dust behind the tv, cords and box would tell the truth. The 4rd day I finally got the owner to come in and "reset" the TV. It "worked" for a cool 15 min and went back to no signal. It too about 3-4 days because they are "not available" but it's supposed to be 24 hr.
Room phone not working- wasn't going to anyway but that's not the point.
Dust and cobwebs Galore. Cobwebs on top of cobwebs. You can tell the cleaning lady has no vacuum. No way it should been dusty like that.
I enjoyed the free parking.

the website says that the facility has a luggage storage room, but unfortunately there is no such thing. breakfast is a cup of coffee and one sweet roll - a shame

Stayed two nights. First night there I found the towels were stained. The next day my family and I found ants. Told the front desk about the issue, but they referred me to the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady gave me a bottle of detergent with which to spray them. Also, the cleaning lady never came to take the trash out or make the beds. Lastly, our key card was deactivated for some reason. I really wish our stay could warrant a better review.

Nice place to stay overnight. Do not expect breakfast. They only offer coffe that taste like water, and fruits that are going bad, nutribar, and mexican bread. Bed is clean enough but couch isn’t that clean. Hair blower/dryer doesn’t work. AC isn’t noisy though and that’s good. Quiet enough area and you could sleep properly

If I could've provided 0 stars I would've. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Our room door wasn't even closed when we arrived. Safe's were in the room but unavailable & not working. No other option to protect our personal belongings was provided. We checked out less than 8 hours after we arrived & they refused to refund our money for the other 3 days. DO NOT STAY HERE
