We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Rose Hall. Brady was an amazing host and had all the amenities and more. The bed was cozy, the views were great and the place itself was super unique. Everything was within walking distance of downtown Eureka and we loved their sweet dog Winston too. We definitely have to come back soon!

PROS:
Location is beautiful, up a steep mountain, with lots of nature around. The house was decorated with fresh bouquets and flowers. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot cider & hot cocoa.

There is a beautiful garden in the back with plenty of seating and firepits.

Bed was super comfy, hot tub comes with Epsom salts & bath bombs.

The breakfast was by far the best part of staying here. We are vegetarian and the hosts made us avocado toasts, pancakes, sweet potato casserole, roasted potatoes fresh fruit, & yogurt. The quality of tea, coffee and juice was outstanding.

CONS:

- Room was not stocked with toiletries.
- TV has no cable or literally anything to watch. Even cheap hotels have cable.
- Our balcony was dirty, including the chairs and table. We could not sit out and enjoy the evening.
- Blinds were broken.
- Dead insects on the carpet showed us that house keeping had not been around for a while.

This place was simply amazing. It's in a great location close to downtown and right up the road from the train station. The owners have put in so much work to make it a beautiful spot in town, and are super friendly and open to helping out visitors.

We went in for our anniversary and had a blast: our room was full of staines glass windows that made waking up as beautiful as it was peaceful. When we walked downstairs we were greeted with fresh ground coffee and a smorgasbord of breakfast. Taking our meal outside to the recessed stone garden/patio, my wife and I were able to enjoy a quiet morning and truly relax.

And at night you are able to sit on one of several patios (some rooms have private patios), and enjoy the clean air of Eureka Springs, or stay inside in the recently finished and very homey bonus room upstairs.

We were told thay we should "act like you live here", and I can say we were able to do that with ease.

Highly reccomend this spot to anyone visiting area. It is well worth the price and it is guaranteed that you will enjoy your time here.
