I ordered skincare from this office and paid for it last time I was there. They called me to tell me that is was ready. I got there to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else. They said they were sorry and would call me soon as another one came in. I still have not gotten a call and it’s been a few weeks now. 🙁

The female that answered the phone was so knowledgeable and nice . She took her time explaining procedures and answering all my questions. It was a pleasant and Informative call. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment . Her knowledge and attitude gave me confidence in their practice

I love their laser hair removal. And had loved the lip injections with dr. Lilly. But she is hardly there… I needed them done so they claimed this doc McDonald was amazing and I go in to see a male doctor who everyone said was great instead of doctor Lilly. And I told him I don’t want my lips uneven and I don’t like my top lip bigger then my bottom lip. and they didn’t touch the bottom lip and yes I mentioned it twice at the appointment they brushed me off. Well except the sides of the bottom lip and they just filled the top way to much now I look funny and people keep asking me if I was botched I had to cancel next weeks model I was working with cause I look so funny. . I have had lip fillers for the past two years and never had this problem where they look this uneven. I worked 2 days after the last round with another office and they looked even even tho puffy. I can’t recommend him. I need try to figure out what to do. I thought everyone said he was great 🙁 it’s been 4 days and I still look awful. No apology was given.

Dr. Posey is awesome, and I highly recommend him! This would be an easy 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that the waits are long and it's practically impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. If you can hang on to get past those two things though, you should be highly satisfied. I will continue to use them and just go by the office on days I have called 6 times with no answer.

Made a 2:00 first time consultation appointment and spent 30 minutes in the front lobby , another 40 minutes in a room. Walked out! On the upside the technician named Brooke gave me plenty of helpful info. If you value your time as I do then don’t waste your time going here.

I contacted this location about wo weeks before i wanted to visit to make an appointment, The receptionist took my contact information and would ask the massage therapist to call me. I provide the info and waited for the call. A week later I hadn't received a call so I decided to reach out to them..The receptionist informed me that the massage therapist was not taking new patients. Ok....they took my information and didn't think I deserved a call. I responded , "I will try another location. Her response was a sarcastic " Good luck with that," Never tried another location.

Dr. Posey is amazing!! Very nice and does great work! Dr. Liliya was up from Pencecola and I loved her as well,. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my botox etc. The assistants are very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

The wait may be long, even with an appt, but they are super sweet and drs are great! ? If you’ve never tried before and want to, they have “Botox parties” often at their different locations and you can try a lot of their services at a discounted rate!
