I was here for a wedding. I was the maid of honor so I saw all the background work and was there the whole time. I had no problems with the venue and how it looked. I thought everything was nice looking and clean. The issue we had was the management and the management skills. Let's just say it was a hot mess and they had poor communication with us and even with the other managers and because of this we would have to tell them many times for the smallest details. I would had to chase down the managers to get any help and they would help for a little bit and then they would disappear again and I would have no idea where they were. There was some staff who did a good job but they didn't go over the top of their work. It was just doing the bare minimum. They also forgot and didn't meet the agreed upon items that we had discussed beforehand. In the end it was just a hot mess. And they had all of us very stressed out the whole day of the wedding.
