My new husband and I got married on 5/11/2024 and could not have had a more perfect day, all thanks to the amazing team members on-site, our photographer Taylor Willard, and our DJ Corey Sanford. Our wedding coordinators Zoie, Amanda, and Danielle executed a seamless event. Any small mishaps were quickly addressed to keep the day stress-free for my husband and I. I am so grateful for the coordinators and their team's help. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married within 3 hours of Rockford, IL. Helpful hint: if you stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, you receive a 10% rebate on rooms booked through your room rate since Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion is a preferred location. Thank you again to everyone who helped make our perfect day that much more perfect! 🙂

We hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Pavillion a few weeks ago and we can’t say enough about the team of ladies we worked with to make our event so wonderful! The venue is beautiful, light, clean and located on a lovely golf course. Zoe and Danielle were extremely helpful answering every question along the way, sometimes even twice. They were accommodating, attentive and paid attention to details. The food presentation was nice and tasted delicious. The only recommendation I would have is that the food be served hotter, which I know is a challenge with serving lots of people at once. Overall, the Pavillion speaks for itself, but with the amazing staff it’s the whole package!

What a fabulous place to hold your event. We did a church service followed by a delicious brunch and the venue was so accommodating and pleasant. It couldn’t have been better!

I could not have imagined a better place to have my wedding at! First of all, Zoie, Amanda, and Danielle were incredible from start to finish. From all of my lengthy emails of questions, to the tasting, and throughout wedding day, I would not have had the most perfect day without them. I stumbled upon IBT Pavilion in my venue search and I was ecstatic to find it, it is truly a hidden gem that everyone should know about. The venue itself is gorgeous, with so much light inside from all of the windows and the golf course made a beautiful backdrop for all of our photos. It is clean, well maintained, and checked all of my most important boxes for my wedding day. All of the wait staff were polite and helpful throughout the evening as well. All of the food was delicious and with Amandas help creating our signature cocktails, those turned out amazing as well! I truly could not have picked a more amazing venue and team to execute my special day. I highly recommend the IBT Pavilion to host your event!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this venue. Zoie was incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process, and Amanda, Danielle, and the rest of the team ensured everything went off without a hitch. The food was excellent, and they were attentive to both my husband and me, always ready to adapt to our needs. It was a relief to have our decorations picked up the next day and all our leftover food neatly boxed up. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the team was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this venue—it truly made our dream wedding come true. Thank you all for your hard work!

This is a beautiful venue! We had a wonderful event here last Saturday (January 20, 2024). Zoie was very good at responding to all of my e-mails, and very accommodating. The food was also very tasty. Definitely a place you have to check out!

We just held our daughter's wedding and reception at Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion on July 1st 2023, and all we can say is "Wow!" Everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is absolutely beautiful with stunning golf course views. It is clean, the air conditioning was perfect for a warm July day, the staff is beyond attentive and friendly and the food was unbelievably good!

We had so many guests go out their way to compliment not only the venue, but the food. Our guests raved about how delicious their meal was, and we heard from guests who had chicken, steak, salmon and the vegetarian entrée. Amazing! It's an extremely difficult endeavor to feed nearly 200 people and perfect every dish! Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff! Thank you, thank you!!

And a special shoutout to Danielle and Zoe who we had the pleasure of working very closely with during the planning process and were also on site during the wedding and reception. They were phenomenal. They truly cared that everything went perfectly. They were on top of every last detail and were so kind throughout all of the time we worked together. Exceptional!
