The customer service here is great! Luis took me and my twin’s order and was super cool and welcoming. The sandwiches are amazing as well - they’re super flavorful, and there is a huge variety. This was my first time at this place and I’ll definitely be coming back!

These workers have no customer service skills. While we stand there and wait patiently to be helped someone should at the very least acknowledge us and let us know they will be right with us. These people don't even pay attention keep doing what they're doing while we stand there looking lame. We already was looking at the menu so they should have at least been ready by the time we were ready to order. It's bad enough this place has outrageous prices (like many) bad customer service shouldn't be in play also!!! We are on our lunch break so we had no time to wait longer than five mins.

I absolutely love Ikes, but this location heavily skimps on the meats. I got a custom with only 1 meat choice and only 3 other ingredients and I'm not even kidding you when I say they only put 1.5 layers of very thin salami when even somewhere like Subway would do 5+ layers of salami. This isn't the first time either, this happened around 3x in a row. Not even kidding when I say a majority of the sandwich only had 1 very thin layer of salami, on a sandwich with only 1 meat/expensive ingredient (literally just salami, cheese, lettuce and sauce lol). If you like paying $14.00 for a sandwich with 1 layer of thin salami, then this place is for you.

Had the worst eating experience here…the asian manager told me to leave the premises at 7:30pm as they wont allow me to eat at there place as they dont wanna clean it again… and when i refused and told that the place is open till 9 so i can have it here but the asian lady went really rude and aggressive for no reason….not a way to behave with customers

Great Sandwiches that have some funky, hip jive turkey names! Get it...jive turkey because it is a sandwich establishment! 🙂

This is my two cents about the wait time @ the new Serramonte location. If they expect people to go back for more and be returning customers in a location surrounded by so much competition, they need some management guidance. There are many other competitors in the area such as Mr. Pickles, Safeway, Subway and In-N-Out. They will need to pick up the slack if Ike's Love and Sandwiches expects to get my business. It was slow and it took way too long for my sandwich to be finished.
