Room and pool area were great. Our room was on the second floor and they have no elevator. Carrying our baby’s stroller was a heavy task everyday. The doors to every building don’t stay open very well also making it difficult to move the stroller around. Our room was next to the street which was very loud.

The location was easy to find and convenient to restaurants and freeways. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, several closets, and a king bedroom with walk-in closet. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. The deck was accessible from the living room or bedroom. Patio doors had lovely louvered privacy panels. The grounds were colorful and well maintained. I was able to leave my vacation with clean clothes! I had a great stay.

The room was great and spacious. Only a few things stood out though:
- I'd recommend to clean the dishware before use as there were many plates and bowls that weren't clean and had dried food on them - a little gross but easy to clean.

- The water pressure was a little lacking so we showered in some heavy mist and the toilet paper holder was not secured very well.

Other than that, the room was clean and there was plenty of space! Nice kitchen and good toiletries available! The bathroom was huge and very nice to use!

Free parking was a big plus as well and the area felt very clean and safe

If you are into big and flashy with lots of people, don't come here. But if you enjoy a small resort with a very homey feel, choose this one. The location in Cathedral City is perfect - easy to get to Palm Springs or Indio. The staff is very friendly. They have a very nice actiivties department (which they need to promote more). There are only two pools but there was plenty of space for everyone to find sun or shade depending on their preference. The units are very nice size and had everything we needed for a full week's stay. We did have a car - which we highly recommend. There are not a lot of kids - so that may be good or bad depending on your point of view. Also - very important! If you like to play tennis - the Cathedral Canyon Tennis Club is just up the sidewalk. The proprietors, Terri and Dave, are so welcoming to guests from the resort. The prize to use their fantastic facility is very reasonable. We also found free pickle ball courts about 15 minutes away that were excellent.

Maybe I liked this place so much because someone let me use their timeshare for free, but it wasn’t bad and I didn’t have roaches in my room. It was one of the best local stays I’ve tried.
I had just sprained my knee before arriving. Staff was more than accommodating. They gave me a wheelchair to use for my entire stay. The room had a beautiful view and amenities made it feel like home rather than a hotel. Our bed was so comfy, it was hard to leave. I cooked a lot and having a washer/ dryer was convenient. Small loads only though. Would definitely stay again.

Just left at noon today. Enjoyed a week at this resort. The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing and the hot tub is bubbling. I came for rest and relaxation. My large fully equipped one bedroom suite faced the mountains and golf course. Everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. From check in, Angela's daily housekeeping to the friendly activities directors, this place was wonderful. I hope to return.

It’s a perfect stay for a family. We cooked ourselves. Stuff was friendly. They didn’t give members extended check out time and change the check out time from 11 to 10. I think this should be consistent in order to be professional. I asked for 11 later and they agreed so I got nothing to complain about. Will come again!

Overall, love visiting this place. My son loves it and has all of our essential needs. It is one of very few locations that has a wash/ dryer in the unit. It is small, but it makes packing much easier. Always nice to know I don't have to pack as many clothes.
