Great location just across the mall. King bed was comfortable. Nice large sofa. Easy checkin checkout experience. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Easy parking behind the hotel. Nice lobby to sit in and do business meetings. Would love to come again.

Nice place to stay. Supposedly got put in a room on the renovated side. If that was renovated, they need to get their money back. Painting looked like it was done by a fly by night crew. Office desk looked like it had seen better days (seal along the sides was busted open).
Other than that it was a fairly quiet week. The only night I had an issue was the evening of the shamrock run check-in. Seemed at least 1 or 2 rooms near mine was having a pretty good party until about 2am.

Room was ok. It could have been cleaned better. The tv remote had obviously had something spilled on it. The bathrooms are very small, but have great showers. When I got to my room, I was greeted with a pile of dirty dishes by my door. This made me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. Hotel Staff needs to communicate with Guests when an accommodation has been requested, but cannot be full filled. Arriving at the hotel and finding out my request was not provided was not good communication. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have altered my plan slightly. Instead, I was in pain for my entire stay. On a good note, breakfast was better than average.

I went to attend a dance event for 4 days. I absolutely loved my experience. The room was spacious. Bathroom was clean. The bed was super comfortable. We all slept well. The housekeeping staffs also took care of the cleaning for us. ||||The hotel was very inconvenient to everything. There is a nice restaurant located right next door. The mall and Trader’s Joe is within walking distance. ||||The hotel was friendly and helpful with all my requests.||||The lobby is very modern and inviting. We all loved sitting there and mingled with our friends.||||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forwards to coming back to visit next year.

My overall experience here was definitely an 8 out of 10. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the hotel itself was beautiful and in the best location. The bathroom and the cost of breakfast buffet were the two things I didn’t like. The breakfast buffet was about $25 dollars and while it was ok… I’ve had breakfast buffets at other 4 star hotels for cheaper ($15). Nonetheless, I would still without a doubt recommend this hotel to family and friends; and I’d stay again as well!

The staff was amazing and the room was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and could not have been more hospitable! This was an easy drive to and from the airport and convenient to so many things! We will be back!

The room had a slightly dated feel but was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to major highways like I-90 and I-290.

It's also surrounded by great dining options, including Shake Shack, Smashburger, and Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse. For those who enjoy Asian cuisine, Joong Boo Korean Market is nearby and features a fantastic food court.

The hotel itself has a lively atmosphere with plenty of guests and a well-staffed team ready to assist. However, our experience with service was a bit inconsistent—we had to request additional towels multiple times, and discovering an empty body wash bottle mid-shower was less than ideal. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would still return for the unbeatable location and nearby dining options.

Zero level of family anything!
If you want a conference room with a bar they have you covered. $15+ for breakfast. And FULL SIZE beds. No place for a family of four. No fridge or microwave. Also nothing delivers here. The basics escape this place. Not fancy enough or offering enough amenities for the price. Save money unless you’re here for a seminar and want to drink in the bar.
