Checking in was fast and easy. The staff is amazing! They know exactly how to treat guest with delayed flights or unexpected layovers and cancellations. They were very diligent and welcoming. The rooms are older but clean and spacious I felt comfortable. The bedspread is thin so they probably wash them more often than typical hotels. I liked the convenience of late night room service and the ease of access to 15 minute shuttle runs to and from the airport. I would stay here again when I need to be close to the airport.

We were upgraded to the premier ||tower for free so we could check in early. Everyone was so attentive. The location is great. They have fun glass elevators that the kids enjoy. The breakfast buffet is super convenient. It is close to O'Hare airport and the interstate.

Questionable design decisions, overpriced amenities, and poor organization makes this hotel hard to recommend. It's difficult to access by car, and requires expensive daily parking ($15/day). $50/night will be per-charged for "incidentals" which is frankly a sham. "Breakfast is an eye watering $25/person for what would be provided for free any self respecting Holiday Inn (watery eggs, dry bread, half burnt bacon). $4/bottle "complementary" water will meet you in your room (free only if you choose to Hyatt's membership club). As will a pair of poorly installed "barn doors" on the bathroom, that will refuse to close. Making privacy all but impossible. More than any other failing though is the noise. Doors bang loudly at all hours. Walls are paper thin and it's easy to hear conversations from one room to the next. This is especially true if on a floor with a family of young children. The train, highway, and airport only add to the feeling that one could get a better night sleep in an active quarry. Needless to say I won't be choosing Hyatt again.

This hotel has consistently been a reliable choice for my stays. The service is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Its location is another big plus—conveniently near the airport and the outlet mall, making it ideal for travelers and shoppers alike. Unfortunately, the free breakfast has significantly declined in quality, which is disappointing compared to what it used to be. It’s a shame because it was once one of the standout features of the stay. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, and I would still recommend it for its comfort, service, and prime location.

Reserved in the premier tower room, was told we were booked and confirmed for 2 queen beds, we arrive at our room and there is only 1 king beds. I called to clarify and see if there was some sort of confusion… front desk person simply said we cannot accommodate that, we are sold out…
Booked my stay month in advance and called twice to confirm that everything was booked correctly and apparently I was lied to. Also buyer beware, parking fees for every day of your overnight stay additional to the cost of your hotel room stay.

The bed and pillows are so comfy! Red Bar is great for both food and drinks. The place was booked to capacity, but things still ran efficiently and effectively. All staff were responsive and polite! It is very big, but easy to navigate with maps and staff!

Great hotel, great check in process, great location but wow… I wonder how much money hotels make if people don’t double check their statements.
I booked 3 rooms and was charged for 4.
When I called for clarification I was not given a proper answer, instead was told we have refunded it for you and it will show in your account in 5-7 business days.
I was expecting the money back because I did not book 4 rooms but the question is why did it happen?

Stayed at this property since my work conference was being held here all week and they got a group rate. The group was over 200+ individuals and we are all in the food service industry. You would believe they do a little better on service and food, you would be wrong!

The room was nice and clean when I checked in. They did provide shuffle service to and from the airport. Speaking of the airport, bring ear plugs. You will hear all airplane landing or taking off if you have a balcony, as I did. The view from the balcony was of other hotels, roof tops and the airport. Nothing exciting or nice.

The biggest issue was on the first day of the conference, ALL the diet soda was expired! I am talking about 5 months past the date.

After I brought this up to the organizer, they got rid of all the diet soda with no replacements till the next day. If you guessed the served more expired diet drinks, you would be correct!

The breakfast and lunch we had catered as buffet style was your classic watery eggs. Of course, the eggs, bacon, and well anything you expect to be hot, wasn't just room temperature, it was cold. Figure they prep everything the night before and was hoping for the chafer dishes to heat up the food.
This is not how Sterno and chafer dishes work.

If there was bread it was hard and stale.
Most inedible food.

This is what they are giving to the large conferences, hate to see what regular guests get.
