This was my family's second stay in two years at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, and it was just as good as the first. Our room was again clean and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from the front desk to the food stations to the cleaning staff, were so friendly. We loved the large pool and fitness center. Amenities like the water filtering dispenser and microwave with the ice machine on our floor were helpful. Easy walking distance to a neighborhood playground for my 6 year old and to Soldier Field for my 9 year old. We will be back!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice facilities. The fitness center was even better than I expected. Overall, it was a lovely stay and just a short walk to some fun local restaurants and the craziness that is Chinatown. The conference center was also pretty convenient to the hotel and I had no trouble getting around.

Very good experience at this hotel. The gym is very nice and big with a lot of equipment that is well maintained and cleaned regularly. There is a sauna inside of the gym in the men's locker room and the women's locker room. There is also a pool inside of the gym. It's not deep enough to dive in, but it is swimmable and nicely maintained.

Near the front of the hotel where the front desk is closer to the door, they have a convenience vending machine.

There are a few places to eat inside, including a market that has breakfast available. There are meeting rooms and they also have some business pods that you can rent.

The hotel is attached to the convention center which is very convenient to not have to go outside in the cold weather.

It was nice staying here and the view was incredible overlooking Chicago and the water. There is a ice machine and microwave on each floor. There was a refrigerator in the room which was very convenient when getting food out to be able to store it and then reheat it. The coffee was good in the room.I would recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable and cozy. Bed was a little hard, but won't complain. The drinks were expensive, they could lower the price of the alcohol, and a breakfast would be nice for the price as well. Overall the location was great, and it made for a great weekend.

Great location and friendly staff. Fairly comfortable bed. Our bathroom door sticks shut due to the humidity and there is practically no soundproofing from the hallway. We were woken up multiple times by people talking loudly in the hallway and slamming doors.

Nice hotel, but the mattress was too hard for my liking. The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view. The floor that we were on was really noisy and it was difficult getting a good night's sleep. The sitting area needed cleaning. There was food on the floor which caused ants to to be all over. The tables needed to be wiped off. The furniture looked like it needed cleaning.

The pillows were extremely fluffy and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and assisted with all of the needs. Accessible parking in and out of the garage to the hotel and conference center. Would stay there again. I was there for a conference and there was not many options for food nor did the hotel give a list of restaurants within the area for those who were traveling out of town and did not know there away around.

Very nice experience and the check in staff were amazing. The Service and Concierge staff were top notch and very customer focused. The rooms were satisfactory and the conference rate was very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend and return for a stay in the future.
