We had an amazing stay! The price was great and we enjoyed the room. The hotel is older but well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows, mattress, sheets... where can I find these? Is there a "Hyatt Brand" of pillows and linen? The pool was very warm and we loved it. The bar was a nice bonus but I wish they had free breakfast. The nice thing was that you don't even need to leave the parking lot and Dunkin Donuts is right there. Overall, the room and amenities were very nice and the common areas (including the elevators) were clean and pleasantly fragrant! The best part was the staff and their attention to quality service. Please send a special thanks to Aaliyah and Elizabeth for making the stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a working AC, mini fridge, although a Keurig coffee maker would have been nice. We had pods, and accessories, but not coffee maker. Another super deal was the free parking!!!

The price was great and enjoyed the room. The pool was very warm and we loved it. Elizabeth was extremely nice and helpful at the front desk. The bar was a nice bonus but I wish they had free breakfast. The nice thing was that you don't even need to leave the parking lot and Dunkin Donuts is right there.

I slept really well. The pillows are soft and supportive (better than my premium personalized pillows at home). Can I buy the Hyatt branded pillows? lol. Overall, the room and amenities were very nice and the common areas (including the elevators) were clean and pleasantly fragrant! Thank You.

The hotel is older but well-maintained. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a comforter but there were no sheets for it. My sister slept on the couch instead of the pulled out sofa bed. We added the breakfast to the room rate when we booked and that was a significant savings. The buffet breakfast was great.

Overall the hotel was outdated, it was a very warm day and we stayed there for a wedding and none of the rooms had adequate air conditioning. While we were away the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels. Bed did not have a fitted sheet and noticed the mattress was dingy and stained. Shower curtain had a moldy smell when showering. To sum it up the hotel would be a first or second choice. Only stay if you have no others options.

The rooms/bathrooms are dated. They need to be renovated. Plenty of other hotel choices in the area that are newer. Pool was decent, but there were 3 young kids screaming the entire time the 2nd time I used it. Staff was nice and friendly though.

Elizabeth at the front desk was very kind and let me check in early without a fee. She was also willing to answer questions or requests during my stay. Overall my room was clean and comfortable. The hot water took a while to turn on but after a few minutes it was warm.

We had a small problem with our room & maintenance was there right away. Got us a new room quickly & everyone was helpful. The food is wonderful, and the pool was clean.
We were there for a company party & the staff was great. Everyone was very nice!
