The staff is friendly, rooms extremely clean, beds were comfortable, they give plenty of towels/washcloths and they have full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body gel in the showers. Breakfast was nice and a good variety! I enjoyed the hot bar and the fruit as well. Not a whole lot of seating in the breakfast area though. Other than that, I recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel and service! Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean. Shower pressure made me feel like i was in a spa!! Free breakfast was plentiful and huge variety. Gym was great - peloton bike, 3 treadmills, elliptical and a rower. Free weights and universal. Staff was attentive and supper friendly. 100% will stay there again and highly recommend

Overall, had a great stay. Kids loved the hot chocolate bar in the lobby, the breakfasts were great, and the rooms were cozy and quiet. Comfortable beds. With the mini-fridge was a little bit bigger. Loved the shower water pressure. Gym is open 24/7 and pool opens at 6 am. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had great experience... Very nice, clean hotel. Shantelle was a delight at the bar/front desk, enjoyed talking with her.
Full breakfast was very good for free, plenty of choices. Would def stay here again!

We ended up staying here unexpectedly after a long day on the road. Very quiet and very clean. We where happy with our night stay. Breakfast in the morning was good and helped us get back on the road and on our way home.

Hotel is pretty new and rooms are nice but it is hotel understaffed. The breakfast was gone by 7:30 am and no one was there to assist restocking. I was also charged multiple times on my credit card for a one night stay. Overall it seems this place is poorly run.

Literally the only negative I could give this hotel is that it's next to a lot that is currently doing lot work for another business. The room was clean, the staff was excellent, the location was safe. The showerhead was fabulous. Nothing bad to say, will definitely come back.

This was a great stay! I likely won’t have a reason to return to Munster, but this location made me look up other Hyatt Place hotels in other locations. Parking was fine (I stayed Saturday through Monday). It’s in an area with stores, gas stations, restaurants, and a hospital on the same road. There are many other options within 10 minutes as well. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. As I was walking to the elevators, I was greeted by another employee who welcomed me to Hyatt Place. I did stay on the top floor, which is the 4th floor. The room was perfect. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. I like that you can see the tv guide without going to each channel. The body wash in the shower smelled good. The water pressure was amazing! The bed was comfortable. I liked the option to do online check in and express checkout through the email. When I checked out, I just left my key in the room and didn’t have to go the desk. While doing the express checkout, it said I would receive a receipt via email. I didn’t receive that. I also don’t care. They charged the correct amount, but if you’re a stickler for that, that may be an issue. One of the things that I appreciate was seeing how serious they take cleaning. I’m used to seeing the cleaning staff gone by 12pm. Sunday, I left the hotel for a party at 3:30pm and they were still cleaning. It also appeared to be thorough cleaning as I was walking by, even when I was leaving the hotel Monday. If for whatever reason I do end up back in Munster, I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.
