The location is about the only positive aspect of this place. Customer service was non-existent after check-in. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, were absolutely disgusting, with orange soap scum around the entire shower, dirty shower heads, and dust everywhere. Despite being out of my room daily by 10 am, I had to repeatedly call and request the shower to be cleaned and housekeeping to come. Additionally, the TV didn't work, maintenance never came to fix it, and the fridge was broken. After several calls, they eventually moved me to another room.

I rarely write negative reviews, but the lack of customer service and cleanliness was unacceptable. If this review helps someone avoid a similar experience, then it's worth it.

I've never been to this side of Fresno before, but the location of this Hyatt in Fresno was excellent. Very quiet and felt safe. The hotel has excellent Breakfast as most hyatts do. Excellent staff. The only thing that threw me off was the fact that someone was taking name and room number to check in to eat. I've never seen that before. Other than that, I love Hyatt Hotels

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom was dirty, especially the vanity near the toilet, which was gross. The TV didn’t work, and despite requesting maintenance, no one ever showed up. The walls were so thin that I could hear a baby crying all night, making it impossible to sleep. This was by far the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at. I expected much better.

Rooms are fine, better than average.

Hospitality was good except for the subtle hints that I'm being looked down upon. I do look dirty. I am in construction after all. when I went to the counter to ask if there was anywhere I could get quarters for the laundry room all I got in return was a lack of answer and a lot of judgement because how dare a laundromat goer stay at the Hyatt. At least that was what I assume was going through the clerks head from the look on their face.
When I checked, google said the price was 120$ a night when I walked in the clerk said it was 220$ a night I was surprised but I went with it because it was nice looking but the clerk did not forget to mention that their sister hotel is down the street a few steps and much cheaper. I thank you sir for the financial advice but I am insulted by your assumptions of poverty.

Also it's hotel policy to be in your room once every 24 hours.

Overall the rooms are not worth it unless you are going to take full advantage of hotel amenities. The location is alright at best. The rooms themselves are not worth 200 if you are staying for work or don't have time to go to the indoor pool or bar

The check-in process was quick & easy. Definitely felt welcomed. Super friendly staff, clean & spacious room, & great breakfast! Margaret during breakfast was so sweet. Great experience overall for the price. Parking was easy & gym was pretty good.

Great starting point for your Yosemite vacation. We stayed here the night before our multi-day Yosemite trip. The hotel was clean, had great amenities, and the staff were welcoming upon our arrival.

Nice experience all around. Better than expected. Comfortable room. Professional staff. Breakfast isn't included, but a good deal (They have juices, hot drinks, fruit, oatmeal , some hot items, bakery goods with a toaster and things like cream cheese and peanut butter) parking was easy but not secured.
Room has mini fridge, coffee maker for coffee, tea, hot water. Ice bucket, cups, coffee, tea.

They have a small lounge witha small bar and ome grab and go snacks.

Very comfortable. Great value.

Decent hotel, rooms are nice and spacious with most amenities you'll need for a short stay. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Cleanliness was a little lacking - floors weren't vacuumed and surfaces weren't wiped down.
