The hotel itself wasn't bad for the few hours we were there. We ended up leaving at 1am because kids were running up and down the hallways all night. A lady yelling in the hallway and people slamming doors. Then at about midnight the fan in the bathroom started squeaking and making a clanking noise even though it was off. The room was clean. Sounds like we can't get a refund. The pool was small and packed so my kids never got to swim. Huge disappointment all around.

Modern and exceptionally clean rooms! Rooms and common spaces overlook the Mississippi River with a great view! Very comfortable beds and modern hotel rooms. Great space for families traveling. Would definitely recommend, we stayed for a softball tournament and was a great price and short distance to fields.

Minimal blankets provided for a winter stay. The pool room had no heat and was dirty with fake finger nails laying around and bugs floating in the pool. My kids were very upset with this as they were so excited to get to swim during our stay. The breakfast was OK but could have been better. The breakfast staff was great and kept things very clean.

The overall stay was fine, however, my daughter got locked in the bathroom and when maintenance came we were told this was a known issue. My daughter has severe anxiety issues and was in a total panic when she got out. Total fire hazard and insurance liability and had it been my grandson locked in there I would have lost my mind. The locks need to be disabled or at the very least a sign. Also something needs to be done when ball teams are staying on property. 14 kids with minimal to no supervision in the pool and more were running all over the hotel. For that reason alone i would not recommend although the location is perfect.

It's an awesome hotel right on the Mississippi River, with about a 3-mile trail for walking and biking. This location also has a kitchenette that I normally don't see at Hyatt hotels. Great location to stay and about 15 minutes from the airport.

This is a very modern hotel, and much nicer than many other Hyatt Places around the country. The breakfast was very good and had many options for vegetarians. The rooms were very nice, modern, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was great looking and arranged nicely. The bathroom was the worst area. The sink would drain super slow and there was a section of tile that was ready to break loose from the wall. The elevators had loose tiles on the floor and there was a spot on the side of a counter where the tiles were peeling away from the counter. The area surrounding the hotel was kinda sketchy.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean , bathroom was clean except for the mold all around the base of the shower. This is unacceptable. Clean this or scrape out the old caulk and redo it. The bottom seal on door was also full of crap and needed a change.
The elevator inspection certificate was expired. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. But the seat cushion on the bench along the east side of the room needs new cover. And some dusting needs to be in that dining area. Otherwise the stay was good, not sure the 160 price was worth our 8 hour stay but I guess that's the going rate in most hotels. Oh, parking lot is weird. It was full when we got back to the hotel and had to park in overflow across the street.
