Hotel rooms are large and have a sitting area, but we had no hot water our entire stay and the fan/heater was broken so we couldn’t regulate our room temperature. They credited us one night but I would gladly have paid full price for a hot shower. It was like camping and miserable. The gym was also filthy with gross yoga mats. Worse was they kept telling us that the hot water was fixed when it was not.

Best customer service. The room was clean. We had an issue with room AC that was not working properly but the staff did all they could to make us comfortable. Checkin and checkout process was smooth and hotel location added to the benefit. I would book it again.

We have always loved the Hyatt! They have such nice staff! The rooms are always so clean! We drive from Tennessee and we always stay here! We love it! We also bring our dogs (who are ESA) and they accommodate so well for that! Micheal (at the front desk) is so helpful and nice! 100000% recommend staying here!

Very good staff, and vert quite hotel, close to the high ways and ti major shops, close to the mall, to ikea to many resturants. Overall its a great location and great stuff make you feel as you part if the family. Willing to help in every thing even if its not in thier responsibilty

The front staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The location was great for where we needed to be when in town. My biggest disappointment was the heating unit did not seem to be adjustable in our room, and when I called the front desk at midnight to ask for help because the room was so warm, the staff person came up to our room, could not figure out the situation, and then just left without offering to seek help from someone else. After about 1.5 hours of trying to figure it out myself, I finally found a solution on my own but lost that sleep and went to bed very frustrated and disappointed.

Positive: Staff was great, room was clean, the breakfast was pretty decent considering hotel breakfast. Decent selection. Of the standard sausage eggs and potatoes type of scenario at least it tasted fresh and good and even real eggs. Negative: Ran out of room for likes. The staff all of them were very nice. They were Albanian apparently like I guess a lot of people in this part of Chicago? But very nice. It must be their personality as a nation.

Bed was ok but had the smallest pillows I've ever seen at a hotel. The smell and smoke from the incense burning in lobby was extremely off-putting. Fridge didn't get cold. Hotel was fairly quiet overall. Everything looked and felt very cheap. Not exactly what I was expecting from a Hyatt.

To start our pullout couch was broken. They said they were going to fix it and all they did was make it look fixed as soon as my daughter laid down it broke again. The noise level was unbearable. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We couldn’t stay there worst experience ever so we checked out at 1am and asked for a refund. Then we only received 20% refund if I could give a negative rating I would. The hotel was nothing that appeared online the pool wasn’t out of order your hotel is trash and the way you respond to customers is even worse. We will never patronize your establishments again and will be telling everyone we can about how horrendous the experience was!
