Came again on business trip.
The room was great, the TV setup was a little hit and miss with channels and still can't use my own apps or phone to stream.
Breakfast has improved every time I stay (4 times so far) and this time.... Real eggs! It was very exciting to wake up to real eggs and bacon!

Came here on a business trip. Hotel was nice and clean. The guy at reception greeted us and was pleasant, helpful and funny.
The room was immaculately clean and warm. Close to our clients location which made it convenient. Breakfast was great (better than last time I stay here TBH), the free wifi was fast, and the shower was hot (even if the pressure was lacking!)
The one and only thing is my TV didn't work, not only did it not have the option to sign into any apps like some other hotels I stay in but the cable also didn't work. I didn't say anything about it at the time because it was unimportant to me as I had my phone to watch TV on.

✨️Hands down this is my favorite Hotel I've stayed at! I was absolutely impressed w/the service I received!! Everyone on the Team is pleasant, knowledgeable & provided exceptional customer service. The breakfast is top notch, different selection of delcious food everyday - offering healthy options 🤤. The room/hotel is very clean, bed cozy, heater & shower worked beautifully - enjoyed the shampoo/body wash provided. There's a gym w/good selection of machines, plenty of meeting rooms. Nice area of town, very quiet location - I actually got sleep & felt safe during my week stay here. Thanks ya'll so much for providing me w/an superb stay, I appreciate ya'll!✨️

Vonetta was lovely & friendly at the front desk! Decent room, a little wear & tear. We would have liked a microwave in the kitchenette & a freezer in the fridge. Great breakfast! We would stay again.

Spent my son's birthday weekend at this location for the pool and nearby entertainment. The front desk staff made my son's day extra special by offering him a special plate of bacon just for him. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The pool was nice and warm Friday night but so cold the rest of the weekend- kids didn't stay long. Family and dog friendly for sure!

Very nice and welcoming staff, accommodated my request for two rooms in the same floor.
Also despite issues, made sure the breakfast eggs get refilled.
Location was perfect for me and rooms were clean.
And they have a happy hour for half price drinks which I haven't used.

Breakfast is nice! Beautiful lobby with seating area situated around front entrance. Our room was very comfy and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Location is near the highway and lots of stores available nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

From the very start Palak, Michelle and Sam made sure that my stay was comfortable and as effortless as possible. They were helpful, kind and welcoming during my week with them. The building is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and hot with plenty of options.

They also went above and beyond with things like opening the restaurant after hours when I arrived so that I could have dinner, making sure my room was refreshed and restocked every day, and even helping me pack my pizza to take home on the flight. I would highly recommend staying here if hospitality is what you're looking for.

*Quick heads up, there wasn't a microwave in the room, but they kindly allowed us to use the one in the lobby. Also, the bathrooms are a bit small and could be challenging if you're sharing a room. I still gave them 5 stars because in spite of those things, the staff made it worth it.

As my family and I entered the building, I was disappointed in what this hotel looked like. There were dining tables in the small lobby, which made us think that they were probably doing some renovations, but that was not the case. I thought that the staff member standing behind the counter was the cashier for the restaurant, but as it turned out, she was the front desk receptionist. The dining tables are used for the buffet breakfast and customers who would like to sit after ordering their drinks.||The building is dated, but I had no problem with that. What I found to be a problem was that I started to have some wheezing on our first night at the place. My son also wheezed since both of us have a history of asthma. We had no respiratory distress for several months before our stay at the hotel. We figured the carpeting must have been the culprit since it looked like it could use deep cleaning. ||On the bright side, their breakfast buffet offered a variety of items, including hot food. The staff members were courteous and accommodating, especially Ms. Michelle (hotel manager). There were plenty of parking spaces and it was close to different restaurants. They have coffee and hot water (with 3 types of tea bags) by the entrance. ||Although the place has its positive qualities, my family and I will most likely not return to this Hyatt Hotel.
