Nice place in general, but it's obvious customer service isn't their top priority. No microwave in the room, not nearly enough parking (and charging 30 a day), and they decided to keep 80 of the 150 "incidental deposit" with zero explanation. I'm sorry... with how much this place cost? I expected better. I'd have gotten better service from a Holiday Inn Express. The location was the only plus.

Excellent value. For the price it felt like a higher-end hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning considering it's included. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. The TVs have Chromecast so you can play your own content. We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to the United Center, so it's a great place to stay for an event.

The pillow was great...I usually need to bring my own. The bed was just as comfortable as my own. The room and bathroom were both clean. They have a great free breakfast buffet with several hot items, including meat. Some rooms have microwaves, but not all of them. There is one you can use on the second floor, however.

Overall our stay was nice. The hotel is very close (walking distance on a nice day) to Rush Hospital. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was okay but not nothing special. We were just grateful for coffee and a quick bite to eat. We had a 2 bed queen room and indicated that four people would be using the room. When we got in the room there were only two large bath towels for showering but when we asked for more guest services was very helpful and provided extra towels for us to use. It would have been a nice personal touch if the room was equipped with the extra towels as our reservation indicated.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights January 10-12, 2025.||Check-In - quick and easy, friendly front desk staff, went pretty smooth. You don't get any bottles of water in your room, which I do find odd at this day and age to not even have 1 bottle like every other hotel chain, but you can buy a small bottle for the great deal of 3 dollars.||Rooms- they're ok, I don't find there's alot of upkeep here, as everything in my room was empty, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There isn't even a hand lotion which I wouldn't normally care about, but as it's dry and cold right now, that was clearly missing. Housekeeping does not happen, unless you call to ask for it. I tried for 2 days to get that, but the phone would ring 40 times or more, and never was answered so I gave up.||Bar- The few food options are actually pretty good here, but one day there was no chef, so that wasn't an option. The drinks were ok, and 1 of the 2 bartenders working were super awesome to deal with. The second of the 2, I think went to the same school of dealing with the public as the cleaning guy. Why would I say this, we'll, when you are eating food, and it is 9:50 at night, and they close at 10pm, it is very evident they only get paid until 10pm. Perhaps the hotel needs to figure out a way to tell everyone you're closing, but yet still allow your staff to stay 5 minutes past 10 to keep working. My favorite line, ' maybe we need a bigger sign so you know we close at 10.' Note to your team here, if that's how you want to speak to paying customers not sure how long that is going to work for you. The cleaning guy was working very hard and cleaning up the bar area, but you need to have him not talk to anyone. I don't think he understands that as you're leaving the hotel, the last interaction that represents the hotel, shouldn't be one that makes you tell everyone not to stay here. Brutal to say the least, not to take away that he was working very hard, but that's unbelievable.||Front desk- went to ask for the closest convenience store, and getting handed a piece of paper with pre written stuff on it, without looking at me seemed a little odd. I think the feeling that the staff have never interacted with people before became a common theme.||Overall, good location to the United Centre, about a 10 minute walk. Rooms were okay, the few food options were good, staff and maintenance of rooms were pretty disappointing. If you stay here for the location, it will work, but you will be taking ubers to the downtown area for food and drinks.

This hotel is okay, but not great. If you are not a heavy sleeper, this hotel is not for you. You can hear just about everything from the rooms next to you and the halls echo quite badly. I was woken up multiple times through the night/early morning by other guests in the halls. The sound of doors closing is incredibly loud.

Overall cleanliness was fine and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was lackluster and although it’s free, was far behind the quality of some low end hotels I’ve stayed at.

Best part was the walk to the united center was only about 15-ish minutes and the service as exceptionally nice.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time to be close to the venue for me and my now husband’s wedding day! I stayed in a standard king bedroom with let out couch and the room was huge! The bar was great and the food was also delicious! Breakfast was free and they had a variety of options. Will visit again for sure!

I truly don’t know where to begin.
Speaking from the service level, I’ve dealt with three people on individual level and they were absolutely amazing. The first person is Ksenia she is absolutely incredible at the front desk and the other two times I encountered two other amazing people.
Dealing with Dante, he truly had grace upon my situation and he was able to order me a free ride to the hospital so I can visit my mom. I also dealt with Albert he was super kind and we were able to share a few laughs while I was checking in. He let me check in early so My Son was able to take a nap. These people care about you they care about your family and they understand the situation you’re dealing with while staying close to a hospital. I can’t recommend staying here enough to care for you. They’re understanding of your situation and they’re truly here to help with anything that they can.
