Our studio came with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, drip coffeemaker, pots, and even utensils. Didn't make much use of these amenities because they also had one of the best complimentary breakfast spreads I've had. Hot food items country potatoes, scrambled eggs, waffles, and sausage -- they were actually tasty and not rubbery as I would expect from a hotel chain. They also had a toast station, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and juices. It felt like they went above and beyond on variety. There was skim, 2%, and oat milk. Condiments included salsa, Tabasco, Yellow Bird hot sauce, and even Old Bay. Like dang, you don't have to go this hard but color me impressed! Finally, the manager working the breakfast bar was so diligent in keeping the food stocked and the counters clean, he would come out every few minutes to check on things.

The pool and spa is conveniently located in the shade of the hotel building. Perfect for this 100+ degree weather. Gym is open 24 hours!

Would highly recommend this place for a short or longer term stay!

Stayed four nights at Hyatt House as it was the closest option near to family for the holiday period. Our experience here as a family of four was entirely underwhelming. The hotel has a very dated look and feel from the reception right through to the room. We were immediately struck by an unpleasant odour permeating through the corridors, lifts and the room itself. Our room upon arrival felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean in years. I found stickers all over the carpet from previous guests. The key card system is one I’ve not seen in use in hotels in 15 years. The old style magnetic strip is demagnetised if it even comes within feet of a phone, resulting in us marching down to reception every morning and evening to reissue our key cards. When I raised a question about this the front of house staff quietly conveyed that the owner of the hotel was too cheap to replace the system. Tells you everything you need to know! For a family of four we were extremely cramped when the pull out was in bed mode. I ended up stacking some of the furniture just to make space in the room. Messages throughout the hotel remind you that housekeeping is every three days. I’d question the extent to which thorough cleaning happens at all. My advice re Hyatt House is to look elsewhere.

Extremely comfortable, clean, and staff is most gracious and efficient. All requests were met with cordiality and a smile. ||Beds sure very comfortable and black out shades also ||there was no noise which made it perfect for sleeping.||This is our fifth time here in a year, and each time was as perfect as the last.

Two nights Saturday and Sunday.
Nice location quiet , parking is plenty, with entrance front and back. Easy booking and online check in was a breeze. Building has four levels,l. try to get a room closer to elevator as some rooms towards the end can be a distance away. Deluxe studio with king size bed, sofa, large flat screen tv, working desk, kitchenette well stocked, large refrigerator bathroom shower clean,
Breakfast self service included, hot food scramble eggs sausage tiny tots French toast oatmeal fresh fruits varieties of bread for toast and yogurt also coffee and hot tea, acceptable did the job.
Would stay here again and definitely would other Hyatt locations.

It was fine. We had to change rooms because our room had lots of dog hair on the couch. They switched us, and the other room was fine. The breakfast was ok. Sausage,breakfast potatoes,toast,pancakes, hard waffles(don't recommend). What was missing was the bacon 🤨. Maybe at a different stay on a different time.

What a fabulous overnight stay! Natalie set the tone right off the bat. Knowledgeable, kind and professional, she couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was super clean, had everything (and more that) we needed and the bed, oh so comfy. The breakfast was also impressive, though I didn't have a lot of time to partake, they had great grab and go options, too. Am actually looking forward to returning, the next time we're in the area.

A/C worked intermittently throughout the day. The window view of the building beside us was nice to look at. Housekeepers will toss/eat your food if left in the fridge secured. Thankfully they reimbursed the cost of food, but not the 80 dollars/ 4 hours spent commuting to SF and back by Lyft, BART, bus, tram, and walking. Elevators could be a bit more efficient. But what I can say is that their breakfast was enjoyable.
