I stayed with my husband and two teenage sons. Room was spacious enough to room us, our Stay was comfortable, and the staff was lovely. We especially enjoyed the touch of Hot Cocoa bar in the lobby and they were very accommodating with my puppy.

This hotel is excellent. I was very surprised to find we were given the equivalent of a studio apartment for the price. The rooms were clean and the service was fantastic. I do find it odd that their breakfast is more restricted during weekdays than weekends. I found that slightly more breakfast options were available during the weekends. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here at this Hyatt location again.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. my first few days they put me on the freeway side. This was the most uncomfortable sleep i had because the the traffic noise. My second week I did r treated on the other side of the building. Which I recommend. The 1 bdrm room with kitchen and little living room is very spacious. I also stayed in their 2 bdrm 2 bth condo style suite. The bedrooms was on a different wing for privacy. They have basic free breakfast and the service is mediocre. Overall I would come back here. Is conveniently located close to concord and walnutcreek.

Had the Best Experience! This Hotel is Fully Set up for your Stay. Extremely Happy with Everything. Room, Service, Breakfast, Accommodation… Not To Mention getting a Room at 9:30pm with no Reservation. Highly Recommend and Will be Back.

We decided to do a quick visit with my family at East Bay and decided to stay at Hyatt House. Overall it was a great experience - the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious and the check in process was smooth. We will visit again when we have the chance.

The hotel window sun shades were filthy. Green child hand prints and many circular shaded stains. Kitchen counter tops were filthy as well I had to clean them with my personal Clorox wipes. The rooms are also faced outside and the building is three stories with no elevator.

Hidden gem.. home away from home.. friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood.. great room and comfy beds. overall great stay.. will come again in the future
