Pros from staying here on occasional business trips:
Front desk staff is always really helpful.
The breakfast is good.
Rooms are nice.
The hot tub is always up and running.
Beds and pillows are comfortable and supportive.
The views are nice on the bay side
Parking is convenient.

Cons:
The hotel feels pretty run down.
No streaming services on the TVs.
The area feels sketchy. Frequent car break-ins.
They are currently renovating rooms and the noise is very loud. It is supposed to stop at 5pm but that has not been the case during my stay. I’m not sure how long they’re renovating for but I don’t recommend staying here any time soon.

We stayed here for 2 night and staff was friendly and our room was clean. Our room had a nice view. We rented a car and parked in the hotel lot with no problems at all. In the morning they had complimentary breakfast- eggs, bacon, harsh brown potatoes and French toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, cereal station and bagel/toast station along with juices, tea and coffee. I was quite impressed with all the options. Had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

We were charging our car on a cold Christmas Night. We were desperate to find a ladies bathroom. But everything was closed! We were so worried. Then we saw a gleaming Hyatt. The front desk supervisor, Lisa, kindly and generously let us use the hotel ladies room. What a relief. What professional generosity! Thank you, Lisa! We now are extra fond of Hyatt hotels!

My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing! I slept very well. As I am a woman traveling alone quiet often, my main concern is safety. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable.

We stayed one night prior to an early morning Amtrak departure. The room was clean, and spacious. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. This seems like a great choice for a comfortable extended stay.

Rooms were better than expected - I loved the little kitchen set up with a counter/ table that worked amazingly well as a desk. Spacious- nice little balcony.
My only complaint was one gentleman at the front desk who wasn't helpful and then refused to help me. He kept saying the same thing over and over- which I told him I understood, but there had to be a way to resolve (he was trying to delete the company's credit card and replace with mine- when I wasn't paying). Fortunately, the woman who helped me when he was refused to dial with me further was able to get the link for me to give to the company so it could be resolved.
Another gentleman at the desk in the mornings was super helpful as well- so it might just be one extremely bad apple.

Positive: Location. Across from amtrak station easily walkable there was a bum in the elevator on the bridge walkway but that's not hotes fault. Beds were n8ce Negative: The smell. It smelled like a low end apartment. Showing signs of wear on carpet

The extreme lack of customer service and professionalism was astonishing, and when asked for basic and customary customer service such assistance with bags, they provided nothing more than a very annoyed attitude. Other customers were the ones who assisted me with my bags, as it is clear I am handicapped as I use a walker.
I chose the Hyatt because of my previous experience with other Hyatt hotels and its location to Amtrak—never again!
