CHARMINIQUE was amazing! So was MORIAH at the front desk. Only issue I experienced is I arrived a bit before 3 o’clock and I had to wait about two minutes for a room if you are arriving before check in time be prepared to wait.

Room was clean. Everything was really awesome. It is very close to where the bulls play and was very close to the event I was attending so location was great.

Only complaint is my TV didn’t have a remote and I had to wait about four minutes until they brought me a new one which obviously is not a big deal. Otherwise this place was amazing from the time I checked into the time I left.

Free breakfast easy to walk places and as long as you don’t arrive before check in, I think you should have a pretty good stay .

Very nice place! Wonderful customer service and a fantastic location! Also impressively quiet considering it's in the heart of Chicago! They have a pool table at the bar on the 2nd floor, which is very cool!

However, there are downsides to everything, but it's not all bad!

First things first, the hotel is very secure! No lobby access without a key card at night, and nobody can go beyond the 2nd floor without a key card, so you can feel safe while you stay there!

The complimentary breakfast was decent, but it left a little something to be desired, as there were no pastries or waffles and you have to go searching for any drink that isn't milk. I had to direct a family to the other drinks after I heard them telling their 4 year old daughter that she couldn't have apple juice because they thought the serving room contained everything that was available.

$30 to park in their own lot after spending $200 on a room is absolutely insane! Fortunately, the staff realizes this, and are quick to direct you to a much cheaper lot nearby. The downside to that is there's no in and out at that lot, so you may want to pay the $30 unless you're only staying for the weekend and don't plan on traveling outside of walking distance. The staff will inform you of all this upon check-in, so it's your choice. If you choose to park in the hotel lot, there is a security guard on duty in the lot, so that's a plus, but make sure you get there early because their lot is very small and can only hold about half the number of cars as the hotel can hold people!

Bring your own lotion! They don't provide it! In all my travels, including other hotels in Chicago, I've never seen a hotel that doesn't provide lotion until I came here! However, they do provide paper towels.

The rooms are nice and the bed is soft! The shower is very spacious, but unfortunately it makes the rest of the bathroom a little cramped, unless you're a child or petite like my wife. Other than that, no complaints about the room. We only wish they had more than 40 channels. Nice design though to put the TV in the middle so you can turn it to face the bed or the couch!

The food and drink available for purchase at the front desk is outrageously priced and not worth it unless you're desperate, which I confess I was at 2:30 in the morning!

Also, you can request a Peloton bike to be brought up to your room for a while if you wish to exercise in private! That's really cool!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and we would return, but there are definitely some improvements that could be made!

So clean; nicely updated; friendly and attentive staff. I have not been to a hotel in a long time where the cleaning staff were clearly present throughout the day. Additionally, the breakfast is very good- it would be a paid breakfast anywhere else. Also, the ulta-modern elevators were always running and very awesome to get to your room directly without making a bunch of stops.

We loved our stay. The best breakfast and really nice rooms. The lobby was really nice and glad we got a gift bag with waters in them. The whole hotel was super clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing was that we couldn't find the carts to load our luggage from the car.

Very cozy and clean. Not very spacious but really quiet. Great View of the United Center and really code to Downtown and great places to eat. Very clean and felt very secure and safe. Very nice shower and the heat/air conditioner was up graded and worked properly

Booked the hotel for a concert at United Center. Location is walkable to united center even in cold winter(10-15mins). 5-8 mins walk to blue line which can take you to O’Hare airport directly. Hotel room is better than I expected for the price I paid. I stayed on 8th floor, corridor is wide with high ceiling. The room has high ceiling as well, recently renovated, clean, functional, good space, with a small kitchenette, it is good for a bit longer stay. The bathroom has a shower which is practical. The complimentary breakfast is average.

Parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED or Garage building parking for $20 couple blocks of walking in this neighborhood-_-

When confirming about front free lot, the front desk male staff kept speaking w an “as-a-matter-of-fact” tone… couple of staff next by def not acting professional in attitude nor helpful. It’s very unfriendly or cold. I wanted to experience this hotel brand. The experience wasn’t good w my personal encounter.

The exterior of the building looks gorgeous. It’s next to a medical facility. Directly attached to the building. So it looks like a hospital inside. Sorted out other alternative for the stay. Have stayed nearby courtyard. It’s creepy inside as well. Front desk also not doing 100% professional attitude. Not sure if it’s a Chicago thing or it’s just my encounter. They were friendly towards some professional crowds tho when eavesdropping their friendliness greetings towards them. So…

We will absolutely return. Excellent staff interactions. We enjoulyed the great breakfast. Super comfy beds. Beautiful rooms. We walked to the United Center for a concert. We felt totally safe there and back. Great place to stay. You won't regret it!
