My experience here was disappointing, to say the least. A salesman came to our home to give us a quote. He was misogynistic making comments about how I should be serving my husband which was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. We were given the quote and were good with the price and timeline after being told what we wanted could be done. Then, we were sent a drawing on the back of a sheet of paper of how our design would look with incorrect measurements and changes to the floor of our pool. When I contacted the salesman, stating the measurements were incorrect he told me I was wrong and his measurements were right. Not surprising since he also made a rude statement about how I couldn’t do math during our quote. His measurements were, in fact, wrong. Then we were told what we wanted couldn’t be done. Now, this is after we had applied for financing and was ready to sign our contract because they assured us we were ready to move forward and “break ground”. So now we have financing for a pool that we aren’t getting and extremely disappointed kids. I would use caution when considering this company and I hope your experience is very different from mine.

They are all nice and helpful till you buy a spa. Then they can't help. Warranty issues with my spa and this Enterprise location doesn't deal with Warranty issues you have to go to Montgomery al. Of course the first girl said she would call them for me. 1 week later no word so I call speak to another person who says they can't make appointments for me I will have to call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after they get paid. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else who maybe cares more about the customer than the dollar. In your response you say email you my info but provided no email address to send it to. What email can I send it to.

Giving 2 stars because the pool is functional as a pool. The cement pad however is very poorly done with bulging walls, big pits, poor fitting hand rail and latter. Was told the owner was aware and has the photos as well as working on making it right. I have called 3 times in 4-5 weeks and keep being told by Vanessa she will reach back out to him and call me back. To date I’m the only one calling. I’m not asking for much. Maybe stain the pad, to make it less noticeable, I’m not sure what to do which is why I was asking for advice.

Since the prior review, Roger had been in contact and corrected as well as possible the pool pad and actually turned out very good. Given latest experience I raised my rating

WE began building a pool 4 weeks ago and still have problems and it is not completed. Everytime we call we get a different person sent out to correct issues . We haven't seen the same person 2 times . Our concrete decking is not even, has cracks and even has spots that are holes that you can put your entire finger in. We also have bad wrinkles in the liner and it is put in uneven. We installed 4 water fountain spouts which do not have enough pressure to even make it out of the concrete into the water. Four weeks in and we still have trash, chunks of concrete and junk in our yard that was left by the company employees as well as a muddy concrete area . It seems that each time we ask a different person is sent out and they no nothing about all the issues and have to take pictures and get back with us. This has been a complete nightmare since day 1. And no this isn't the first pool they have built for me in my lifetime but now I am second guessing the company we picked to do the work. To say the least we are very aggravated and unahappy at this time. I hope in the next few days I can post a more positive comment about all this.

Did our pool when our home was built. Had problems with builder and getting warranty info once we contacted Hughes we were told someone would get back with us. After weeks we called back, this went on with both the Montgomery and Enterprise branches. I even stated if it wasnt under warranty fine I still wanted someone to call me back so I could see about having someone come to help with possibly resolving a few issues after 9 months Ive given up. I hope my experience isnt the norm but I think since it happened with both branches its their business model.

Hughes put in our pool three years ago, and today we needed the pump replaced under warranty. A real test of a company comes with service after the sale.
They were out in less than 24 hours, the techs were very quick and professional, and their service was outstanding. When I called for the service, the Montgomery office was extremely friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Great experience getting our hot tub from Hughes Pools. Taylor made the difference before and after the sale. Very helpful. Answered all my questions and the hot tub is top notch!! Couldn't ask for better all around.
