Which kinda makes sense, so now I know I can just drop her off and have her enjoy a spa day. This place is so worth it Staff is professional and friendly. DON'T COME HERE. This place has significantly gone downhill. So many tourists and new people in groups coming here with such a lack of awareness. Very rude people coming in here now. Talking and yelling loudly. I unfortunately had to walk up to the front desk to alert them of some girls facetiming with a GUY! I saw a peak of her phone as I walked by ( thankfully in a robe ) but other women were completely nude!!! This place needs to do a better job at screening people and discussing the rules beforehand. I come to the spa to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Not be around loud, obnoxious, and rude people who talk in all of the rooms and throughout the spa. Unfortunately it seems there needs to be a monitor who frequently walks around in order to educate these people or simply just kick them out 🤷‍♀️. I don't want to be that person who is always going up to the receptionist to alert them about these things. I've gone several days throughout the 2 months just ensure it wasn't a one time thing. Unfortunately it wasn't.

🥳It’s a sweet meet up with girlfriend for max. 2 hrs plus the booked treatment BUT
😤 if you a serious Finnish sauna fan, this place has NO dry sauna room, neither a cold plunge, nor a quiet relaxing, nor fresh air area.

😍☺️Positive: +WOMEN ONLY, +comfortable sitting areas, + extensive offerings as treatments over 100$ + very girlie decorated with many mirrors, +great explanatory signs about the benefits, + mulberry tea basin, + infrared room, + Herbal V^^ steam chair (for ladies private parts). Seems made by woman for woman: + very friendly receptionist stuff. It felt like a waiting room for booked treatments.

😶‍🌫️😩What to improve: - full out loud conversations in relaxing rooms, - loud shooting treatments ladies opening doors and shouting numbers of the clients trying to find them - very disturbing. - tiny hot tub that fit just max. 3 ladies, the 4th came and water overflowed over the board.. - NO JETS in hot tub ! - weird smelling pink shower gel, - NO slippers, - small towels, - steam room not really hot, - In clay sauna - you had mats covered the clay balls… whole point is to get clay all over you, didn’t made sense. - Sunday afternoon very crowded. - NO VEGGIE DUMPLINGS 🥟left. It was 4pm, ppl reserved their dumplings for 6pm… come on… - one room was out of order. - poor maintenance. - in the way up on the second floor - in staircase some homeless left their lunch … sketchy area…
- my most disappointment: no hot sauna.
- I took some work to do… it’s a wrong place for it - no place for it, while in others places it was not a problem.
- it was weird to carry your shoes until your locker in your hand as receptionist asked us… - and the hairdryers been old - I didn’t properly dried my hair.

Hence: mixed feelings, I felt dirty & cold. 🙁

Gross 🤮 experience. First, there was a used bloody bandaid in the clay room, and I found it under my leg after I already layed down in the clay. DISGUSTING.

Got into the massage/scrub room where another woman was getting scrubbed on the table beside me - she was making LOUD, GROTESQUE noises non-stop that sounded like she was in a mixture of pain and ecstasy. I was being patient for a long time, hoping she would stop, but it continued - AYAAAA!!!!! AY AY AYAAA!!! - and I was cringing and disgusted during most of my massage. It was the least relaxed I have been in most places, let alone a spa.

The staff didn’t do anything about it - didn’t warn her to please keep the noise level down or at least move her to a different room where she is not disturbing others. After a long time, I finally couldn’t take it anymore and asked if I can please be moved to a different room because I was insanely uncomfortable. They finally escorted her to a different massage area but by then I was so disgusted and wound up. I basicallly HATED the experience. The front desk apologized when I was leaving and gave me one of those sheet face masks for free - Oh YAY, wasted $200 to hear some elderly woman’s sex screams and they think they made it better with a face mask I don’t want.

This horrible place ruined my birthday. Hate this place now.

Enjoyed my visit. Only wish they had slippers or mentioned to bring your own. Had a deep tissue massage by Haley and she really put her all into it! Very good. Free parking too 🙂

Love this spa! $40 entrance fee. Not too large so can get crowded when busy but still a wonderful and relaxing experience. I love the infrared sauna, and the clay mudroom.

The WORST massage experience I have had. I left the facility crying. I booked a (60 min) Swedish massage with a 30 min add on. The massage was terrible...15 min into the massage I asked to cut the service short. I would have left at the 15 min mark but I knew I didn't want to waste me money since they make you pay BEFORE the terrible service. The massage was bad. Every 2 min I kept asking her to increase the pressure, she could not. Every 2 min the masseuse would ask "You don't like this?" and I responded "no this is not comfortable nor relaxing" and she would not adjust. She didn't touch my skin she massaged me on top of an old and uncomfortable sheet and just pinched my skin even after me asking 5x "Is this a Swedish massage?" Imagine an dry and rough towel rubbing against your neck..terrible. I probably have rug burn, There was no aromatherapy oil used during the service (although that was listed in the description of the service I booked). I am so upset that I wasted my hard earned money on this. I told her and the receptionist this isn't working. I wish I could have gotten a refund for the massage because it was not a Swedish massage it was a rub an old sheet againt you and call it something. I worked hard and want to treat myself to a relaxing Sunday and this wasn't that at all. Just a waste of money,

Save Your Money – Don’t Come Here!
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, spending a lot of money and recommending this place to others, but it’s completely gone downhill. The woman at the front desk is disgustingly rude. I waited 15 minutes for my scrub with no one attending to me, and when I asked about it, they finally gave me someone who gave me the worst scrub of my life. For $220, this place is an absolute joke. When I politely mentioned the scrub was bad, the lady at the front had the nerve to scream at me and tell me I was never welcome again! Keep in mind this was to a 16 year old child!! The lady also continued to scream want do I want from her multiple times. To which I responded nothing I was just letting u know because I've been coming here for years!!! Unbelievable. Not once did I raise my voice or act disrespectfully. This incident came at the perfect time because I was just about to do a review for my social medias, which have a lot of of supporters who now can know the truth. No one wanted any money just an apology for the poor service, and didn't even receive one.

The $30 hand massage? A four-year-old could do better. This place is a scam. Save your money and go somewhere where you’re treated with respect, not like an inconvenience. And honestly, the way they treated me makes me wonder if they’re racist, because I’ve never been treated like this before. Skip this place! Never coming back.
