As someone who’s out late a lot, there’s not a lot of food options for us on the night schedule. Usually love this huddle house- during the day. But whoever was working the early morning of March 31 really just ruined my day lol like who even does this? What you’re looking at is burnt melted styrofoam in my food. I ordered a ham and egg dish and an order of muffin bites. They decided to not make my order that I placed until I got all the way to the restaurant (20 minute drive) for some reason, I guess laziness, so I had to wait 15 extra minutes once there and just wanted to go home. Mind you, there are only two other diners. Then they had the bright idea of putting 15 burnt and extremely hot muffin bites (that’s supposed to only be an 8-count and also have powdered sugar and whipped topping but at this point who even cares, they’re unedible anyway.) straight into a styrofoam tray, no paper or anything to separate it. They completely melted through the styrofoam and into the top of the next tray in the bag, my dinner. Yum! Thanks so much huddle house.

Food is always good. But the franchisee needs to clean the place and keep it well stocked. Every time I visit, they are out of certain foods. The owner needs to properly staff the place and stop them from running outside smoking and coming back to serve you or cook your meal. There is always a need for the restrooms to be cleaned and stocked with the necessary hand cleaner and towels. Most of the time they are out of TP as well. I suspect that is because there is not anything to dry your hands with. As a business owner I work very hard to make sure my employees are taking care of my clients and our offices. I know that the waiter/waitresses are not well paid and it all revolves around tips. People do not like to tip if the place is not up to par.

Breezy was our server and from the start all the way to the end of our meal she was outgoing and friendly like she always knew us. Jamar was the cook and it was wonderful it was so good. He is an asset to that company. Kim served us the drinks and was super nice. These three individuals made my night for me my husband and son. We will definitely be back and to see them again. Stop in and you won’t be disappointed.

I will start by saying the server was very sweet but Definitely not trained correctly. My fiance had to bring his own drink in because they was out of everything diet an he is diabetic. We ordered our food an they was out of everything we ordered went to order something else an was out of all that aswell. Finally ended up getting a plain burger because they was out of topping.. Got to eating our burgers an there was a hair in it!! Definitely won't be back there again! Would have given a zero!

The gave my order to the wrong person and then offered me something that I did not want nor order. I ha e been there 4 times and have never hot good service. The server never offered to refill the tea nor ask if we needed anything else.. if it was possible I would give yall a negative star

My grandson and I returned this morning for the second day in a row after doctor appointments. The wait staff was excellent. The food was superb. The family friendly atmosphere made for an fantastic dining experience.

I really don't like to leave a bad review unless it's necessary...it's necessary. First, I don't understand why most customers, including ourselves, were eating with plastic forks and knives. Why is huddle house adding in the destruction of the planet with plastic when we were eating at the dinner and could have used normal washable silverware. My hashbrowns were so overcooked that I could not cut them with my plastic knife. And yet, my husbands eggs were seriously undercooked. When we got the bill, it did not reflect what we ordered. When we asked our server, she said that she did it that way to save us money. She charged us for a plate when I ordered 2 sides. The 2 sides were less expensive. We weren't impressed with the cleanliness of the place either. Don't recommend it. Won't be back. In fact, if you go a few miles further north, you will find a waffle house.
