When I saw this hotel I knew I was in luck. The location was pretty much perfect for me, right next to the freeway and also a bunch of fast food near by such as toco bell and McDonald’s and lots more. The customer service was top tier. The room was very clean and nice the bed was nice and welcoming. I stayed there for about 2 weeks, and I didn’t see any roaches and other insects in my room. The floor was also nice and clean the micro way and fridge and stove were all working to make my favorite food anytime. and I was so happy because my last hotel didn’t have stoves and fridge and stove. This hotel is amazing definitely coming back again.

This hotel experience was very outstanding. The customer service was on the dot. The receptionist was one of the kindest person I ever talked to, he was very helpful. When I got to my room I saw the room was very clean and cozy, the microwave fridge and the stove were all working perfectly fine. The bed was nice and cozy. The floor was nice and spotless. I didn’t see any visible stains anywhere, me and my friend booked this hotel rooms together and both of us agreed this hotel was one of the coziest hotel rooms we had in a while. You guys can definitely see me coming back.

My stay was very accommodating. To start with, the property seemed to have everything I needed for a trip to San Diego. It seemed like it was newly remodeled and brought an aspect of cleanliness to it. Rooms were spacious; the room I had was a double bed which included a full size kitchen, living area, and 2 beds. This didn't feel like a typical hotel room, but a studio room. The area around generally feels safe, and the staff were more than willing to help me with extra sheets and towels. I didn't use the pool because I was at the Beach which are a few minutes away, but it did seem tempting. Overall I was more than happy with my stay here and would recommended it as a good place to stay.||Best!|Kevin S.

I LOVE FIRST OFF HOW THE HOTEL IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED!! Stores laundry mat gas station several restaurants car wash and surrounded by public transportation! Check wasn’t until 3pm so I sat in the car waiting once it was time I was greeted by MR MIKE who had nothing but AMAZING customer service along with the ALL of the staff. Mike made me feel welcome .the room was super clean the bed was so comfy My experience to say the least was nothing short of EXCELLENT I LOVED IT THANK YOU

I called at 12am because I was unable to make a reservation online. The gentleman was rude when he answered the phone the 1st time. I hung up.
I had to call again, he never picked up the phone & did not even say hello.
He just said " I can here you" .... I told him how rude he was and asked for his name. He said "RAUL" when I said would call his manager. He said okay, i dont care.
It was clear that he didn't care!
I can't blame HJ because they don't always know what happens when the main managers are gone.
But check ur surveillance cameras during these time frame.
I wouldn't hire "Raul" to scrape gum much less handle customer service.
"Raul" find yourself a different job, because it's nobodies fault your bitter!

I was kinda worried about the hotel after reviews I read, but I stayed here for a weekend trip. Location wasn’t too bad and there were a lot of food options around. The room was cool; had a kitchenette and fridge. I did see one roach but it isn’t as bad. Overall, it’s a good deal and a good hotel for the price! Would recommend. Service was great! There is a $100 deposit required though. Shoutout to Mike he was friendly!!

Mike C, the front desk clerk, was amazing. He truly takes his job as a travel professional seriously… more a calling than a job. He went way (way way) above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the facility itself is sketchy. I hope they really value Mike and compensate him appropriately for his hospitality skills.

I was traveling solo and stayed at the hotel. It was a comfortable stay and provided me with more than everything I needed for a good nights rest. I only brought a backpack on my trip, but the size of the rooms and kitchen really shocked me for the price I was paying.
