I really like the NEW LOCATION inside the Chula Vista Shopping Mall across from Macys! See my posted pics! And, yes SITA is still there! Who is Sita? She is the sweetest and most skilled Eyebrow Threader in the South Bay! I love her work and I thought I had lost her when I saw the for lease sign at the old location but I am so glad I found her here! The other eyebrow threading ladies and good too! I like Eva! Yes, there is a restroom to use! Cash is preferred but credit care is acceptable too. One you walk in, head to the counter on the left to write your name down. Make sure to make eye contact with one of the eyebrow threaders to know it’s their service you want. The House of Beauty houses threading and hair stylists.

I have microbladed eyebrows, a literal guideline, and there are still hair missed outside the lines.

Also did chin, and though I was informed that chin only included a certain area of the face & not what I inquired about (even though she threaded one side of my face in the “non-chin area” and not the other side) there are still quite a bit of dark, LONG hairs on my chin.

There needs to be an LED lamp in the hair removal area.. because having lighting like a old department store OR tattoo parlor isn’t cutting it. I have dark skin & dark hair - I know you can’t see.

I paid 35 dollars just to have my eyebrows tinted after the lady insisted so much she gave me a mirror but after starting directly at the light for a while I couldn't see clearly and she assured me they looked good so I went about my day not until I went into a bathroom that I saw what they really look like tell me this is worth 35 dollars? plus the embarrassment of walking around like this and people staring at me.

I LOVE this place, the new location is great and SITA is the best Eyebrow Threader. I recommend House of Beauty and Sita. I have been a client for over 4 years. She is patient, always kind, she makes you feel welcome. My mom does not live here in SD but everytime she visits she does her eyebrows with Sita. She would love to have Sita near her 🙂 The price and location is great. I highly recommend House of Beauty ❤️

The House of Beauty, in reality, more closely resembles a House of Horrors. If possible, the establishment would receive a rating of zero stars. On two occasions, I engaged the services of the same individual to shape my eyebrows and lips, and her performance was unsatisfactory (Sita). Her lack of professionalism is concerning. I advise all potential patrons to refrain from patronizing this unprofessional entity.

In addition to causing injury by cutting and burning my lip, it is apparent that the individual in question also exhibited racist behavior. Evidence from reviews suggests that this is not an isolated occurrence. Furthermore, it should be noted that patrons are under no obligation to provide a gratuity. There exists no federal or state legislation in the United States that mandates such a practice. Based on my past experiences at professional establishments, it is customary for the cashier to provide an iPad to ensure anonymity should a patron choose to leave a tip. It is imperative to highlight that both California and federal laws provide protection against discriminatory conduct.

It is imperative for the proprietor to address the situation promptly. The reported racist behavior towards women of color by the individual in question necessitates immediate action. Alternatively, the most suitable course of action would be the dismissal of said individual until such time that legal action is undertaken, potentially resulting in the closure of the establishment.

Person who did my eyebrows had a cold demeanor and was very rough with thread. I still have redness from yesterday. Eyebrows are cousins more than sisters. They demanded a tip rudely and I left a small one noting her poor service.

I would recommend Maria's Eyebrow Threading on 3rd. She has a very small store and worth the wait. She is the nicest human being and very gentle when threading.
