We walked in and walked right out. The bedding has huge burn holes and white stains all over. The trash can had brown stains all over the side. Microwave had food splattered inside. Entire place was completely disgusting. If I could I would give it zero stars.

We booked a room in December, when we arrived the place was shut down and had orange stickers on the doors. A guy came out from the front desk, angry, and half clothed in sleeping shorts and an undershirt. He said they got shut down in OCTOBER!! But they’re still coming reservations thru Priceline, Expedia, and their website. He said he couldn’t accommodate us and we were on the phone with customer service over 2 hours. He refused to refund us and said go thru Priceline. I asked why they have the hotel online for ppl to book if they’ve been shut down for 3 months. He said he didn’t know, and he just “stayed there”. It’s been a hassle going back and forth trying to get a refund. They said their bookings are NON REFUNDABLE and can’t refund when there’s cancellations!!!! I NEVER CANCELLED, THEY WERE SHUT DOWN FOR MONTHS AND STILL BOOKING PPL. They’re also giving Priceline and Expedia the wrong phone number. This is a scam they’re taking people’s money and booking them then saying it’s closed and it’s non refundable.

THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL!!!!
Never make a reservation in this motel. I made a reservation on Hotwire for this motel and when I got there it turns out the the motel had been closed down by the city for god knows what violations. I tried to speak to the motel manager as it should not have been possible to make a reservation and I wanted a refund but the person at the motel was very rude and just yelled at me that the hotel was closed, to get off the property and that it wasn't his problem that I had a reservation at that motel. The motel is in a very dangerous area that is filled with thieves, drug dealers and addicts I almost got car jacked while turning on my car. NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ANY HOTELS FROM THIS COMPANY

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, wanting to make sure we were fully accommodated. They even allowed my pet to stay. I am thankful for their low prices. The room was a bit dirty however I appreciated my belongings and vehicle safe In Chicago mid journey across the country. Everyone was very kind.

If I could give negative stars I would. Booked with a site that didn't give you the information until after booking and the photos were grossly misleading. Immediately upon arriving I was appalled at the place and the gentleman at the desk who literally threw my ID at me when I questioned the additional funds requested and the condition of the place. He proceeds to lock the window refused my stay and they only wanted to refund half of my money. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else especially with the cost being similar to actual livable spaces. Run

Hotel fails to disclose 159TH STREET WAS CLOSED. Giant road construction sign and boulders of road debris. Spent an hour driving around small streets trying to find a way to access this hotel, all of the side streets are closed. So there is ZERO vehicle access, they have ZERO parking since you cant get a vehicle there. They are refusing to refund my reservation, despite the fact THEY TAKE RESERVATIONS WHEN THE HOTEL IS CLOSED DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION. So even taking reservations they are committing fraud, and say you should park on a side street in sketchy downtown Chicago and walk through ROAD CONSTRUCTION with your luggage to complete your reservation.

The hotel that I stated in was Nothing like the pictures shown. The room was in horrible condition. There were homeless and drug addicts all around my hotel room. I had to push the dressor drawer up to the door while I slept because I was afraid that someone would try to break in while I was sleeping.
I checked out early not completing my stay and they refused to give me a refund. I stayed at the one in Chicago on 3524 West 159th Street, Markham, Illinois 60428, United States. The Worst experience Ever.

The owners are very nice respectful and courteous. I respect that. The room I was in could of been a little nicer , and it did have a fridge, or microwave. You have to watch the drug trafficking. They do need to get rid of the drug users. Price was a little to much for what the rooms are and look like. But I do like the owner's very nice very helpful etc.
