After checking in, I went to Costco. When I came back, it was very hot. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner in the room, but it didn't work. The waiter helped me enthusiastically. After that, it was not repaired. The manager decisively changed a room for me. It was a room facing the hall. It was very clean and quiet. It was also very convenient to go to the airport. There was a free breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly and worth visiting.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the breakfast service. Despite requesting Nutella spread during my previous visit, it was not available this time either. The lack of attention to such specific requests affects the overall guest experience. It would be great if the hotel could improve in this area to better meet guest expectations.

We had a really pleasant stay for one night after landing from Frankfurt in San Francisco. Clean rooms and even though there's a street nearby, it was unexpectedly quiet.

The staff was very kind and the rooms were very clean the air conditioner was not so strong I'm Hot blooded but I was comfortable enough. The beds were comfortable in our room we had two beds one was more comfortable than the other. The continental breakfast was sufficient pleasantly surprised. But what I have to say is aside from the great polite service from everyone, including the cleaning staff, is that this place is very clean! And we felt safe enough at the location, it's in an industrial area, that's the only reason I scored it a little lower, not very scenic. There is easy access to the freeways, there are a few places to eat that are nearby and a Costco which I noticed on the day we left (unfortunately) lastly it was at an affordable price. We are a family and we would recommend staying here if you cannot afford to stay in inner San Francisco- you can feel safe enough bringing your family here. We are a family of all women -enough said.

Found a bed bug in the room. Couldn’t get in contact with anyone who could help me for over a day because I “had to wait for the manager to get in” who apparently only works 9-5 like he’s running a bank. My boyfriend and I had to throw away items that amounted to hundreds of dollars between the two of us and still charged full price for the room. Absolutely ridiculous stay away unless your like parasitic pests in your luggage. Wish I could give negative stars.

The room I was in had an issue with flies. I communicated with the staff I wanted a room change to which was not available. I was temporarily stuck in a room filled with flies. The management had argued with me and was disrespectful. I was forced to find a new hotel and argue with the staff to get a partial refund to afford the new hotel. However, this was corrected. The hotel staff has apologized, issued a refund and shut the room down for insect termination. While I am satisfied with this result and thankful the hotel staff made a huge self improvement, I'm still left with a sour taste.

For future reference, please be more respectful to your guest when they communicate issues. You should never blame your guest.

Rooms are spacious and service is nice and the place in general is so convenient, quiet, close to airport, very nice restaurants 5mins drive away, and it feels safe. Another big plus is free parking. The gym is under equipped for sure but everything else is great.

Received excellent service from all staff members…everyone was pleasant to deal with and friendly…room was clean and comfortable….only wish they had a bit more selection for breakfast but overall a great hotel at a great price
