The staff was professional and welcoming. The rates are affordable and much lower than I expected. I definitely was impressed. They respected our privacy, our room was immaculately cleaned and charming. The owners have put a lot of money and time into this property. You can see they care about the comfort of their guest. I will always book a room at this establishment whenever I need a place to stay. Worst hotel ever....they did not refund my $100 deposit after staying there 2 months. Sadly they claim to have sent it back but I did not get it back on my debit card I have spent months attempting to get them to understand and I have exhausted all my attempts. It's just me waiting on hold to speak to someone who will not confirm the debit they sent it back to and within days of me leaving the hotel they switched from oyo to Americas BEST Inn...never will stay there again

My partner and I stayed here with our children last night. I had to leave early with my children and my partner was responsible for check-out. At check-out he was held in the office for over 30min while they inspected the room. The owner came back throwing a huge fit about the room being dirty after asking what he means he said there was hair on the floor from when I had brushed my daughters hair. Im not sure what the point of having a housekeeper is if I'm supposed to make sure every inch of the room is cleaned before I leave. Honestly this property should be more concerned about the black mold that is in the shower, all the cigarettes laying in the stairwell, and the people smoking dope and drinking tall boys outside their rooms. Before we left the room we made sure all our trash was put in or next to the trash can I didn't realize as I'm traveling over 800 miles I was supposed to travel with a vacuum to make sure their floors were left spotless. This has always been our go to hotel as it's cheap and somewhere to lay our heads when we are in town but after today's incident I doubt we will be back!

Very disappointing. I cancelled my reservation after a few minutes of viewing the room. My travel plans changed. However the room itself was below standard. The room was not aerated and felt very muggy. I requested for a refund and the reception manager mentioned that they would process my full refund. However I did not receive any refund and no communication of my actual cancellation. I have made several calls to the hotel and wrote an email and they did not respond to me. Extremely dissapointed and would not advise anyone to stay here

This place is nasty they don't keep their rooms clean the owners are very rude and heartless and ungrateful to loyal guests the rooms have bed bugs they don't give you clean sheets or towels it doesn't offer or have most of the things all the sites claim it do this place is the definition of a slum they don't fix or clean the rooms but they don't care how long you deal with them how much you have spent with them the second you ask them to work with you they put you out on the cold streets they lie and say they can't help you just because they don't want to help if I can give 0 stars I would along with bed bugs this place is also infested with mice

I stayed five minutes and left. By far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Cleanliness a zero. Since the refrigerator was broken and I needed to refrigerate my medicine, I went to see if there was a bag in the ice bucket and my hand to the top of the plastic lid, with some sort of sticky substance on it. The bag wouldn’t have mattered if there was one because the ice machine was broken as well. Person at the front desk told me to drive to the gas station for ice. Disgusting walls and mirrors. Sink in the room didn’t even have a faucet!? Don’t be fooled by what appears to be a MCM update, this place is an absolute dump. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. Left and stayed somewhere clean.

The WORST place ever! The staff there are very very rude. I don’t know if it’s because I am black or what but they were very mean and aggressive towards me. I stayed there for about 4 weeks. The housekeeper came every Wednesday and did nothing but make the bed up without changing the sheets and maybe giving us clean towels. We had to beg for towel paper. It was myself, my husband and our two kids in one room. And they complained about the room but I kept asking them to send me a vacuum or a broom and they never did. I finally checked out today and of course they didn’t give me my 100$ deposit back because the room was dirty and they found an old cigarette that was put out OUTSIDE and brought in. Oh and they smelled smoke which was a complete lie. They did everything they could to find anything to NOT give me my money back. I only stayed here this long because my house was getting work done to it and I had no choice and didn’t wanna spend lots of money at the fancy hotels. But man do I regret coming here.! Never AGAIN! The owners and staff are all family and they all live there. I think it was a race issue with me. They were Indian people and their English was very broken and came off very very rude. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I give this place a 0 out of 10.

We stayed for 3 weeks and were very happy with our stay. The hotel management were always kind and helpful. We have two dogs and we felt that they were kind to them as well.
