Didn’t think it was worth over a $110 a night, but the room itself was okay.. close by the highway, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom was pretty rough, but I guess that was to be expected. There is a $100 deposit which was returned actually pretty quickly (there were some reviews saying they never got theirs back so I was skeptical). WiFi was good and water was hot so I was happy. Overall, good for a one or two night stay, didn’t have any safety issues as a female lone traveler.

Good value for what they charge. The room was decent and clean but the bathroom did have a urine smell and we had a lot of trouble getting hot water for the shower

Vanessa! Hands down the best associate we have ever experienced while we travel regularly. She took care of us and we will certainly be back because of her amazing customer service.

Positive: small and the room was surprisingly nice. I?m glad it had a working microwave, refrigerator and tv for my kids. I would stay here again. Negative: The air conditioning unit was quite loud. And there were guests who were really loud one of the nights, not sure if they were fighting or up late partying, but they were super loud and it kept me awake in the middle of the night.

Arrived yesterday there was no hot water... I left at midnight.. they told me I had to wait for maintenance the next day 🤣 but yet they took my money right away. I have my bank card locked and since last night they have tried charging me 3 x different amounts. Your better off at the motel 6 then this dump.. STAY AWAY.

Positive: Very pleasant, helpful staff. Location. Clean room. Negative: I nearly walked back out the door after entering the "lobby," a small, cluttered room much in need of a makeover. Thankfully, it was not representative of the room that I stayed in that was recently remodeled.

Employees Vazquez and Guerrero stole a package we had sent online. They only justified it by claiming it had gotten lost, but they wouldn’t take responsibility. Unfortunately, the elevator malfunctioned, trapping us inside. We were forced to press the emergency help button for assistance. The hotel’s security measures were inadequate, leaving us feeling unsafe.

Positive: Location, price, ease of check in and check out. Provided soaps and lotions were great. Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave. Cable TV made entertaining my toddler in the mornings easy. Negative: The floors were absolutely filthy and needed to be mopped. Our feet were black. The mattress was uncomfortable and stiff. There was gum in our shower on arrival and the water pressure was nonexistent. Towels were stained with something dark.
