Room was dirty even under the bed a lot stained pillow case I paid $114 too much for this room tbh it was really dirty .. but the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly great customer service

Night staff was friendly and helpful lobby has Drinks, Snacks, and instant Food items for Sale at reasonable prices. Pool was Open and clean has a GYM and indoor Spa that unfortunately was being repaired or remodeled and closed but expected to be opened soon this place was a pleasure to stay at.. oh rooms are spacious ac was perfect..

Avoid at all cost!!! Refer to the videos and picture please. This place is run by one person and has broken showers and cockroaches. This place is Dangerously dirty and uncomfortably rude manor manner. Two people only two full size towel and two small face towel. Yes, you might consider the price, but there other options as well other than this place. Don't waste money, time and energy at this hell hole. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!

There was a cockroach in our room, a huge nasty stain on the bed, the desk was stained and clearly uncleaned and it smells like someone took a massive poop in the vents.

EXTREMELY unethical owner & management. I made a reservation for 4 nights in advance. When I arrived, they told me the room was unavailable, and they DOWNGRADED me to a standard room. The office staff told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to wait for the manager in the morning. When I came to see the manager in the morning, he said I'd already accepted the room the night before and refused to move me. I've never experienced such blatant lying to my face before.

When I told him I'd file a complaint with the BBB, he said "go ahead, I've seen the owner write letters to get them removed." When I asked him to move me to the room I reserved, he just walked away and closed the office door. When I called the front desk, they hung up and stopped taking my calls. I've never such unprofessionalism at a hotel ever.

The rooms look nothing like the pics; the whole place is a dump. Right off the freeway, terrible neighborhood, I've killed multiple roaches already and the bathroom like flickers like a horror movie. ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

This is place is terrible. I booked through Expedia and they refused to refund it. The pictures are fake. The rooms are dirty and disgusting. I left with in 30 minutes and booked another hotel. I am so disappointed. I was with my 5 year old son and felt unsafe. The homeless people on the street use the lobby to microwave food. It smelt horrible.

For the price that they charge for the night is better to get another hotel same price but in a better zone and with more amenities. Totally different between the real hotel and fake pictures on the internet. The zone where is located is unsafe, it has front desk service only after 9 am until 12 at midnight, so if you have an issue in the middle of the night nobody can help you. Pool looks dirty. Spa/sauna is not working. The room’s floor was totally dirty and we found some cockroaches too. AC was working well. Parking has a free smoke zone next to the principal entrance. They don’t give you water and limited towels.
