Perfect location on the river. Room was very nice with plenty of room. The hotel also has a rooftop style bar on the 5th floor with a great view. It’s located in a very nice area of town. Not far from bars and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and efficient. My keys were ready as I walked in. I think my check in took 3 minutes. Would totally stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time last week. We live an hour away and came to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is built next to the Black Warrior River in the newly renovated River Park area which is a short walk to many bars and restaurants. There is also ample parking. The property itself is modern and very clean..||The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was 523, just a few doors from the Rooftop Bar. Our room was immaculate, very comfortable, and offered a nice view of the river. We visited the Rooftop Bar participated in a Rose’ wine tasting with a portion of the proceeds going to the local food bank. There we tasted some really good wines and had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel General Manager, Cassie, and the Assistant General Manager, Daniellie, who went out of there way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Later that evening, we sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the nighttime view of the city.||We will definitely return, making this hotel a regular for weekend getaways. Thanks again to Cassie, Daniellie, and the entire Hotel Indigo staff for a fantastic stay!

Great hotel with great service at the rooftop bar and at the bar/breakfast area in the lobby. My waitress at the bar was phenomenal - kept my drinks coming and read the room amazing! She was sensible and kind. I wish I had gotten her name! At breakfast I was served by Lauren and Domonique. Both were very helpful, the food was good. I would 100% recommend this hotel and its staff to anybody traveling through or just needing a room in Tuscaloosa!

Football weekend and this place is an absolute unorganized catastrophe! Check in was wonderful the front desk staff was helpful and friendly, loved the champagne and cookies as we checked in. I asked the front desk where we should go for dinner, they recommended The Lookout, their rooftop bar. However, The Lookout was TERRIBLE! How can you charge your guests so much for a room and offer them no accommodation for food and beverage. We sat at the bar and watched TWO bartenders attempt to wait on 40+ people and that doesn’t include the guests who were seated at tables in the restaurant! Is it too much to ask to possibly hire a few extra bartenders? And we waited 1.5 hours for nachos and a hamburger! Completely UNSATISFACTORY. The Lookout manager’s name on duty was Rafael Genao. Sorry but if I owned this place you’d be FIRED. It is a football weekend in Tuscaloosa and your hotel is sold out and yet you can’t anticipate staffing to accommodate your guests accordingly. In the end I would NEVER return to this place and pay $900 a night for a place I can’t even order a beer and a burger that doesn’t take 1.5 hours. Ridiculous! I have been in the food and beverage industry for 30 years and very aggravating to see a place mismanaged so poorly. If you can’t handle the influx of people restrict it to hotel guests and/or limit how many people you let in. PERIOD!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We stayed here last year and had major issues with having our room cleaned. I decided we would give the hotel a second chance because the staff is so nice and accommodating and at check in I made a special request to be sure our room was cleaned as we were staying for three nights. We were Assured our room would be cleaned as long as we did not have the do not disturb sign on before 9 AM. We complied with this request and left our room for breakfast at 10 AM. We returned at 2:30 and our room had not been cleaned. At that time the rooms on either side were in the process of being cleaned so we checked with the staff and were assured our room was next on the list. We left for an hour and Review a half so the room could be cleaned and got back and the room had not been cleaned. The wet towels had been removed from the room but not replaced. For me the only reason to stay hotel is the luxury of having your room cleaned during the day. Otherwise we would stay at an Airbnb for half the price. I will not stay an IHG hotel again because of this. Very disappointing.

This a beautiful Hotel. The location is ideal and close to many great restaurants. The roof top bar has amazing views and a great atmosphere. The room was very clean. From desk was very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early. Fitness room is state of the art over all a great experience. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel near the Black Warrior River. In walking distance of the amphitheater and the Riverwalk is right next to it.
Cross the street and up the hill, and you are downtown where all the bars and restaurants are.
The food is great and the rooftop is really nice.
Definitely a great stay.

Nice hotel, Moderately priced and great location. The rooms are way better than average. I have paid more for less. I'll be back.
The lookout bar is great with friendly staff as well.
