We had a great stay here! I was a bit concerned because I saw a few reviews about building quality and such but was happily surprised with everything! The staff was wonderful the maintenance guy took the time to fish my kids toys out of the deep end for us. All the front desk staff was amazing and were super accommodating. My wife is currently breastfeeding our newborn and they were very helpful with allowing us to use a freezer in the back area since the rooms only have refrigerators. The only thing that could have made our stay a little more convenient would have been having a microwave in the room but I understand why hotels are phasing them out! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

My stay at this IHG hotel was immensely valuable to me personally. As I worked on my business, I appreciated the balance of being productive while still being able to indulge in some leisure time. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of delightful restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were both professional and welcoming. The atmosphere felt safe and homely, allowing me to relax and focus on my goals.

Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic blend of business amenities and the comfort of a welcoming environment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to work or unwind in a great location!

This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we were there for 3 days 2 nights. We absolutely loved our room, it had pull out sleeper , the bed was great the TV being on the wall and you can move it from one side to the other, all of the places to go were close by. The staff was great!! We will definitely be staying again in the near future!!!

Overall highly recommend! Everything was wonderful and already recommended to a friend. The only thing was no microwave in the room. But if that's not a worry, great place to stay and great location close to shopping and many restaurant's.

while the hotel is elegant, and the room was quite nice, including real coffee mugs and glass glasses, there were just a couple things that lowered the satisfaction of the experience. the sink ONLY had hot water, ice machines did not work on the floors and nobody mentioned nor was there a sign to inform) this was the case. but most of all, not a single USB port was to me found in the rooms, halls, or dining area. The hotel did not offer or sell adaptors (imho being one of those little "helper" things to offer the busy traveler). THis is NOT a new hotel or chain to the IHG family, and in this 21st century borders on unforgivable.

all other aspect were good to great, but the USB thing overshadows the pluses.

It's very cozy ,but there's still a lot of room. I enjoyed having a separate place with a lounging couch that could have easily slept 2 more people if we had had them. Nice size frig and freezer that worked. No problem, space wise to iron. The only issue I had was that it was a little tight to close the bathroom door and not bump into the toliet. The walk-in shower was easy to step into. No huge step. It's very stylish and trendy. They did have an indoor heated swimming pool that was larger than most hotels. I'm looking forward to staying there again. Next time we will eat breakfast there vs. going out to eat. Unfortunately, we had already made plans to eat breakfast with friends.

I recently stayed at Indigo, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive; my room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day with a meticulous turnover. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home.

The pool was also a highlight! It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax and have some fun. This hotel really combines comfort, exceptional service, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!”

I'm not writing this to post publicly, but I couldn't find another place to let you know what I experienced in Vernon Hills last week. I get up early [ 6 ish, and go down to the business center to get some things done. First morning I go into the bathroom off the lobby and the restaurant lady was just coming out. Well it turns out that the soap dispenser is empty, so I take the pump off to try to get some soap off the pump tube. I left the pump off to the side so when staff came in they would notice it. Next morning. I use the bathroom and the dispenser is just as I had left it the day before. The front desk is busy but I tell the guy there and he tanks me. About 30 minutes later a uniformed worker uses the bathroom and walks away. I had to check- the dispenser hadn't been touched! I went back to the front desk and the gentleman apologized and said he would take care of it himself, right away, and he did. We stay at the Indigo a few times a year when we visit our daughter and family and we really like the intimacy and cleanliness of it. This won't keep us away, but I hope you talk to the staff about handwashing.
