I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need and very convenient for exploring the city. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the front desk. Maryna was absolutely the best! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm and professional attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

From check in to check out it was enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly cordial and helpful, and Maryna set the tone from welcoming and gave great advice on the hotel and the area. Pretty accessible and short walk to public transportation and the River North and Michigan Ave areas. Street traffic was a little loud as I was on a lower floor but otherwise a great stay.

As other reviewers have mentioned this hotel is for show.

The “breakfast” is embarrassing that they would’ve been better off not offering it.

There were stains on the linens and the hotel staff when asked to clean the room only replenished toilet tiles and towels and didn’t even bother cleaning.

The front desk, with the exception of the man, were awfully rude. The male front desk was lovely and very helpful however.

The room (507) was nice. There were no breakfast options available as they were short staffed and did not have anyone available to make food or drinks. Plenty of other restaurant options for meals though.
I wished I would have know there were no amenities available before booking our 4 day stay. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room either.The staff were very nice though!! Maybe post a sign that the Cafe is closed

Had booked this place after having a bad experience with an Airbnb and was blown away by how nice the rooms were. It’s in a great area of Chicago and very close to public transit. I did have a little tiff with the bathrooms shower not working properly, but Zoe at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating towards my situation. She upgraded my room for the remainder of my stay and
I can’t thank her and the staff enough.

Check in was super easy. Maryna at the front desk is a delight. Very helpful and accommodating. Room is nice, even if a little tight. Super comfy bed. Would recommend to anyone looking for boutique vibes at really affordable prices. Street parking is cheaper than valet but beware the meter maid

We had a great stay! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the showers are so nice. The bed was very comfy, everything was so clean, and the coffee was good. Staff was great, and Maryna was so friendly and informative. Prices were reasonable, walking distance from everything fun. Definitely recommend!

The room was okay. But the breakfast that they offered is not enough. I never recommend staying here for more than one night. They only offered fruits and tea for breakfast. They should offer atleast (free omelet in the morning just to be fair that we pay for the hotel) and they always required security deposit which is I don’t understand?
I booked for 4 days and when I booked another for another 3 days they still required me to give another security deposit which I don’t understand why? I already have previous booking then you still required and you still have my previous money? As a foreigner for me this is ridiculous. In Asian country we don’t do this. And the staff they are not accommodating. Bad management not good hotel for foreigners.
