Highly recommend!
Extremely clean room from the bedding to the towels to the floor. They definitely put a lot of thought into renovating this place and put in the effort to keep the entire property clean. Sauna was great, pool was great, food options and a convenience store are within walking distance, and the entire staff was professional and courteous.
I wish every hotel that I book for my kids' sports tournaments could be like this one.

The room and bathroom was exceptional. Comfy beds and soft pillows. Clean linens. I loved the shower. First class The outside sidewalks were needing some repairs but overall loved our stay. Also loved the free coffee. I would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to others. I liked being near many places to eat. Filibertos was walking distance. Also great for having our dog stay there for an extra cost but worth it.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Love the 24hr hot tub and sauna, rooms are spacious and bathrooms sleek and modern.

However, the laundry department NEEDS some serious improving. The room we were first put in was obvious that bedding hadn’t been washed & was just sloppily made with small orange stains on comforter. The front clerk quickly put us in another room that had fresh bedding made nicely, so not faulting for that. However, there was still one pillow case in new room that had some tiny stains. The wash rag had large YELLOW stains on it 🤢 and one of the hand towels had orange stains all over it. If there’s one thing you want clean in a hotel, it’s sheets and towels…so that’s disgusting. Please have staff inspect towels before folding and treat / rewash if ANY stains.

Also: be aware there is no elevator. So if you’re on second floor be prepared to carry suitcases up stairs.

Other than those 2 issues, I’d Recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful room and very tidy. perfectly clean in fact!

We were planning to visit the Grand Canyon and have decided to go see everything and stop back here an additional night because the accommodations here are top notch!

I would highly recommend trusting the reviews and staying here over other local hotels, I travel regularly and it is rare I don’t have one single thing to caution in a hotel accommodation. 10/10

Pros: Rooms are clean and new, spacious and beds are comfy.
Cons: poor soundproofing between the rooms, to outside and between floors. No elevator, dirty hallways. Location not great (next to a highway).

Positive: Parking and location was great. Very clean. Nice room/bathroom. Negative: No coffee make in the room and the one in the lobby made light brown water. There was a gas station within walking distance so all ended well.

Rooms are okay, mine was mostly clean. However they tried to overcharge me by almost $150? I had to show them their own confirmation emails for the price of the room, and the price of the pet fee. They honored the price but if I wouldn’t have said anything I would have greatly overpaid. If I get charged anything else, I will be taking that up with my bank. I am not dealing with fraud charges as this is an agreed upon price. My room key also didn’t work 3 separate times and I had to walk back to get a new one.

Update. They already charged me an additional $67 WITH NO WARNING. did not even say what the charge is for. I did not authorize that therefore it is FRAUD. The hotel claims “they only charged me for the room” but my bank activity says otherwise. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Wasted 30 mins of hiking time disputing fraud charge with my bank like why

We really wanted a nice relaxing night when passing by Flagstaff and saw Elev8 had great reviews, and better yet they had a hot tub! Check in process was super easy, as was finding our room. The room was clean as well. When we went to use the long awaited hot tub to find that it was unclean- to the point we didn’t even feel comfortable getting in. It smelled very bad and there were used bandaids and snack wrappers on the side of the tub. Lots of gross things floating in it as well. Very very disappointed as the hot tub was a selling point for us choosing this hotel.
