This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. It started when I went to check in and was told that the pool and spa and breakfast area were closed. The hotel was under construction all over the place including the outside. When I got into my room there was some kind of smoke alarm or emergency receptacle that fell out of the wall and was on my bed. There was bits of trash all over the floor and a stain on a seat. When I called the front desk for some help with the issue, I sat in my room and waited for 20 minutes for her to come up. After that I went downstairs and somebody came in after me. I told them that they were going to have to wait until the lady did something with my room. After that, she helped me right away and tried to give me another room with no ventilation to the outside. Since the window was covered in plastic. I stayed in the room that I originally came in. The toilet was broken and the water was running all night, kept me awake. One of the emergency items on the wall was flashing all night and I had to cover that up with a pillow case. Also, the smoke alarm fell out of the wall. When I was packing up I found that there was some kind of pill behind the bench where you would lay your bags. Also in the shower there is something that was red and questionable. Not trying to mess around with something that's red could be blood. I would never recommend this hotel. Don't ever come here even when it's fixed. This place should be closed during renovations instead of taking people's money. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was really close to a Starbucks for my wife and the awesome fish Mexican restaurant next door. They had a lot of decaf coffee and a tiny bit, one cup, of regular coffee.

They are renovating the whole hotel, which is understandable because they're making it look really nice. It's actually pleasantly very nice to stay there. The pool is not open, which is understandable because of the renovation. But otherwise, everything seemed really clean. The beds are really clean. The bathroom was really clean. To sleep and have air conditioning, it's amazing. So I give it a ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Fail! We went to this hotel because it seemed nice and was satisfied but not this time! Very dirty and with roaches, and I couldn't sleep due to seeing a roach. The front desk gave us an email for her manager, who hasn't responded. Very disappointed!!

So wife and I have stayed here a few times with no issues. Price wasnโ€™t bad but should be cheaper for the lack of things available due to their ongoing renovations. We checked in our room and wife was getting into the shower and yelled for me. I went in and there was a roach crawling on the inside of the shower wall. I killed it and threw it away. I went down to the front desk and reported the issue to the worker, she was apologizing for the issue and provided an email to hotel management. I sent them an email and have yet to get any response. We wonโ€™t be back here again and expect some type of compensation for the dirty roach in the shower.

We reserved a room on Saturday, November 30, 2024. The hotel was under construction and that was not disclosed in their advertising or on their website. When we went to check in we noticed immediately that the entire hotel is under construction. No big deal normally but there were wires hanging from the ceiling, there were no safety precautions for guest of any kind. The smoke detectors were taped over in the lobby and hallways. When we got to our room the electricity wasn't working. When we went back to the reception and asked that we be able to cancel because we didn't feel safe staying in the hotel we were met with the rudest woman you could possibly imagine. She refused a refund of any kind and was as mean as any person could be. This owner clearly does not care about his guests safety. He only cares about making money no matter the danger for his guests. Can you imagine the dangers lurking in the hotel that you cannot see? I would avoid this hotel at all costs. You are safer sleeping on a park bench.

I stayed here for three nights earlier this month. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival to earn that the whole hotel is under renovation with no mention of this during booking directly through the hotelโ€™s website. Unfortunately, that seems to be a common practice today.

There was a sign on the front door apologizing for the inconvenience, noting that the pool, spa, and fitness center were all closed. No common area was available, nor was there any attempt to compensate me in any manner for this fact. Breakfast was a tray of assorted pre-packaged goods at the front counter.

The room itself was generally clean. There were several long hairs in the shower upon check-in the first night - not a great first impression. Also, the tv had to be unplugged and plugged back in for the audio to work. Apparently this was a known issue after some recent โ€œupgradeโ€ to the tv service. This process had to be repeated each time I turned on the tv. Again, just another inconvenience.

Overall, the room was okay and staff were pleasant enough. Location was a short drive from anything you could possibly need in the city. I donโ€™t normally leave reviews, but the lack of truth in advertising needs to change.

I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. There are other great options nearby worth checking out for comparable rates.

Positive: It was clean, located next to highway, temples, restaurants and gas. Brand new room Negative: It is under construction so no good for a daytime sleeper. It will be great when the construction is done though

I booked the Day of, on their website it didn't mention anything about Renovation the whole place is dusty from the Construction I don't know why there still open while it's going on. he didn't let me check in because it was 12 am so I asked to cancel and he told me I could only cancel 48 hours before booking it. they have such bad policys if I booked the day of and didn't even check in I should at least be able the cancel, the pool and all the Remedies are closed due to the construction so why am I paying that much if all those things are not included. Stay away!
