All morning afternoon & night staff so nice. Housekeeping & breakfast staff were also so helpful. Rooms & pool so clean. We extended our stay by 2 days since it was such a great price with great accommodation. We are traveling cross country & this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Thank u.

Hotel is in need of updating. Staff were great. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The upkeep of the property has declined substantial as observed during stay.

The good: Extremely gracious, friendly, and polite staff. Suite room was huge. Possibly the fastest no extra cost Internet the entire 13 day road trip through six western states. Very reasonably priced. The linen was fresh and clean, water, AC, lights, coffee pot all worked as expected.

The bad: hotel is very dated and just very worn. Third floor is undergoing remodel and closed. The windows in our 2nd floor suite did not seal when closed, so we heard interstate noise more than preferred, however that interstate is mostly empty at night, so...
When pulled up at dusk there wasn't a single light on (they did come on automatically perhaps during check in), and the hotel was last on a dead end road with minimal signage and no parking until after the hotel. It felt a little concerning/creepy at first, although the entire stay was fine. The view from the hotel rooms wasn't great, but could definitely be worse.

Debated on giving higher stars based on price and staff, but just couldn't. Once remodeled, if staff are the same would happily give five stars even at a higher price point, but right now it's a big compromise.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL! Big bathroom and counters, great beds, comfy chair w/footstool, big tv, BIG frig… even bigger luggage carts! Our outside door is just down the hall from the room, so going back and forth is easy! And light! There are 6 lights in the room!! We also like that they lock the outside doors and you have to have a room key to get in.

Wendy Pino was helpful on such short notice with three rooms within 30 minutes of being notified that we were on our way, the service was personal and exceptional! I am recommending to my employer that this should be our primary hotel when we are required to stay in Cheyenne based on our experience with Wendy Pino.

Don’t let the outside fool you. It looks like it is not open but it is. This is an older Best Western. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It is very close to the highway but very quiet, we did not hear any highway noise. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and had more pillows than needed. Our room had a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs with bell peppers and onions, sausage and French toast sticks.|Overall, we were very happy with our one night stay and would stay here again.

This is an older hotel and some repair is needed and outdated items need updated or replacd. With that said, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a full, complimentary breakfast that offered a bit of everything.

Great atmosphere thru-out hotel. Western decor without going overboard. Great atmosphere for a standard BW breakfast. Nice little touches throughout hotel. Dont let the location deter you. Its at the end of a road of newer hotels. The hotel itself made up for it.
