My holiday vacation at Casa del Mar in Santa Monica was unforgettable! The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful, creating such a magical atmosphere. Their New Year’s party was incredible, with an amazing band that made the night so special. I also met some wonderful people, including Guillermo from Spain, who was so kind and attentive, it really added to the experience. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, and the building’s historic charm paired with its gorgeous design made me feel so special. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and everything about this place is just stunning. I can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Hotel Casa del Mar was an experience of pure bliss and sophistication. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was welcomed by warm smiles and a sense of elegance. The service at Casa del Mar was second to none. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attention to detail and personalized touches truly elevated the experience. Dining at the hotel was also amazing! The cheesecake is a must have (I ended up ordering a second piece to go after dinner 😊). I am looking forward to my next stay here.

We have just checked out from Hotel Casa Del Mar after a short and sweet 2 night stay in room 619. WOW, we had such an incredible stay that we had to leave a review right away. My husband and I have travelled all over the world, stayed at countless hotels and we are so pleased to say that this is our favourite hotel we have EVER stayed at. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, it is so grand, and oozes character and charm. The decor is absolutely stunning and so much thought and detail has gone into every room and area of this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach, a stroll away from the Santa Monica Pier and so close to many great restaurants and places to eat. Our room was absolutely stunning, so luxurious, beautifully furnished, homely, spacious and clean, the bed was so grand and comfortable, we loved the spa bath and the view of the beach and overlooking the pool was absolutely spectacular, we didn’t want to leave! The pool area is so lovely and it is heated, we loved spending the afternoon in the pool and jacuzzi even in the cooler weather.
The most outstanding part of our stay was the exceptional service we received from each and every staff member of this hotel. From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby, right up until we checked out, we have never been so spoilt and well looked after. What an incredible team at Casa Del Mar. We would never stay anywhere else in LA! We want to make a special mention to Cassandra & Angel at the front desk who went above and beyond, nothing was too much to ask and we are so grateful for everything you did to make our stay extra special, you guys are amazing.
Also a special mention to our fabulous bartender, Jerry. He was absolutely delightful, and shared so many great recommendations of places nearby for us to visit. All of his cocktails were exceptional and he kept us very entertained, we had the best time enjoying a few drinks at the bar.
Thank you so much to the amazing team at Hotel Casa Del Mar, we would absolutely love to stay again in the future and in the meantime will be recommending you to all our family and friends!!

Wonderfully luxurious, thoroughly enjoyed my stay for business travel. I loved being able to borrow bicycles through the neighbouring hotel, Shutters to ride along the beach. They just charge the bike rental to your room.

I absolutely loved everything here!!! The building, the views of the beach and above all - the impeccable and warm guest service!! I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with direct beach and sea views. It doesn’t get any better. The team really went above and beyond when I left my retainers behind and they fedexed it to my next hotel on expedited shipping so I can get it before leaving the country. It would have taken over a month and $$$$ to order new ones. I’m forever grateful and definitely look forward to returning!!

It’s an amazing stay absolutely worth the value. However, I might SLIGHTLY prefer shutters next door their sister hotel. The vibes are more on par for what I’m looking for but they’re both amazing.

Hotel Casa Del Mar has become my second home in LA. It’s my go-to spot whenever I need a little escape by the beach. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and there’s nothing better than relaxing on the comfortable couches while listening to the live bands. The atmosphere is always so inviting, and it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the coast. It’s like a little oasis in the city, and I always feel at peace here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in the LA beach vibes!

Service at the bar and lounge very good. Reception not so much. At the time I was there, 2 arrogant people were doing the service. Would avoid staying and simply use the amenities.
