Though the session had to be cut short, it was evident Adrian has the probable acumen for sports massage therapy essential for more effective recovery periods in her patients; whether they be high school, collegiate, military, professional or amateur athletes. Thankfully I was refunded in full though I offered to cover the exactly 30 minutes performed— to me the mark of an honorable professional.

Arian’s massage skills are truly fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system and how the muscles are connected as well as the right technique to work out “kinks.” I needed help with a very tight leg so she worked it out and then the rest of the massage was very relaxing! She gave a very personalized massage using heat where necessary as well as stretch as needed.

Additionally, she has knowledge about Ayurveda and how to compost and generally take care of your body. Highly recommend her!
