We love going to the pool. We are thankful to have a pool again. The staff are always nice and helpful. The pool and facilities are always clean.

The Water Aerobics is awesome! But, hopefully this year it will be at 9:00 am this year. Last year it was 8:00 am which is too early for disabled people & senior's who need assistance getting to the pool for therapy. Also it's way too cold for outdoor therapy before 9:00 am. Otherwise I would give them a 4-5 star rating.

The sky was looking pretty gray and we were in the pool less than 30 minutes when the life guards blew their whistles to get out of the pool due to thunder and lightening. For every clap of thunder set us back 30 minutes out of the pool. For every clap was another 30 minutes. My grandson and I decided to leave and we were compensated with a pass for another day. Lesson learned? Check the weather report before going to the pool.

Nice heated state of art pool. A little disappointed that pool lacked shade or building cover as well as no diving board for their 14ft deep area. Staff was a bit inexperienced and young. Keep an eye on those young ones swimming as on more than one occasion staff missed swimmer in distress. With time comes experience so I imagine they will become better as each season passes. Happy to have a pool in town.

We are from Lodi, Ca, visiting friends in Susanville; And enjoyed our visit to the community pool.
The pool was clean. Life Guards were on watch and immediately stopped unsafe play. I love you can bring in lunch and snacks and they provide life jackets, even noodles. Nice community pool👏😀

Beautiful, clean pool. My husband and I wanted to swim where it's not crowded. They have time slots for adult lap swimming and water walking. It was senior hour LOL but exceeded my expectations.They played motown music for us. It was so awesome to feel like the older generation matters. 👍

Friendly staff, small and tidy locker room. Huge pool. They have a few tables and a handful of benches and umbrellas. There is also a strip of grass where you can lay out.
On the down side, they do not drain the pool when there is a "code brown". They just add a ton of chemicals instead. I was disappointed that they do not drain the pool when brown accidents happen.
