Stayed here in March and had to extend my stay a couple of times. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Tiffany, Damon, and Molly. The room was clean and comfortable, the guest laundry was in good condition, and the breakfast was the best of all the hotels I stayed at during this trip. I did miss having USB chargers in the room, but that is a very minor issue. There were some very loud guests in and out of the hallways one night, but eventually they either quieted down or left.

The hotel looks nice and clean. Our room was good. But the walls are very thin. Could hear children in the next room over screaming at the top of their lungs. The breakfast provided is subpar at best. For example, cereal dispensers…but no milk in sight.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Great rooms and good location but horrible service.

Their breakfast is a joke. First 2 days they had no orange juice at 6 am, and the weekend days they had no milk at 8 am to serve with the cereals and oatmeal.

The place appears to be very poorly managed. I requested the room to be serviced multiple times during my stay but got it done only once. The last day I requested the lady at front desk for a clean up service and the reply was they have 70 check outs and there was no way they can service especially given I am checking out the next day. She said since COVID, they service rooms only after 4 days apparently... Haven't seen this apply at any other hotel.

Have stayed at a bunch of different Homewood Suites and other Hilton hotels but never saw such poorly ran Hilton place.

Room wasn’t ready & 0 concern over this fact & no desire to fix it. Advertised hot tub doesn’t exist. Room is subpar at best. Ive had nice stays here in the past. No clue what has changed. Will never stay here again & make sure all of my friends & family are aware of this.

It is difficult to justify being charged nearly $300 per night in the middle of a soybean field, but that is what this property demands during the weekend of the State High School basketball tournament. This same price gouging led the town of Champaign to lose the event to the City of Peoria a few years ago. The state allowed it back to Champaign with the promise that the hotels would not repeat this behavior. Apparently, this property did not get the memo.|In addition to the exorbitant price, there are additional charges, such as a parking fee for the privilege of leaving your car in an open-air, unsecured asphalt lot.|Adding to the insult, this four-story hotel has only one very slow and small elevator. Get a low floor if you can to avoid the wait. And ask for a high-numbered room because it is over 150 steps, according to my pedometer, from the elevator to the rooms at the end of a very long hallway.|Finally, there was no maintenance provided to the rooms during our weekend stay. For this price in this town, they should have serviced the rooms twice per day. We had two rooms and no attention from housekeeping during our stay.|I would not recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend just went in here to use the bathroom. The bigger blonde lady was extremely rude, kept questioning him, and after 2 minutes told me to call him and get him out the bathroom because he was “in there too long”? She’s honestly just an unfriendly/entitled worker because we both work at nice restaurants and would never do all that towards somebody that just needed to use the restroom just because the establishment is somewhat nice. We were considering getting a room there but changed our mind for this reason. Hope she gets fired.

Our family stayed here for a week or so for my mom’s illness and funeral. The front desk manager, I believe her name was Molly, went out of her way to make certain we could continue to stay in our rooms and all near each other. We really appreciated her efforts

Positive: The hotel was very clean I especially noticed the shower doors were very clean and had no water spots I can?t get mine at home that clean. Negative: Even though the website said that parking was free I was charged. I complained but it did no good they said that was their policy.
