Caesar and his guys know their stuff. Super responsive, extremely helpful, and they work fast. I called to have a tub that I bought picked up and Hometown was there the very next day and had it disconnected, drained, and loaded in 45 minutes. The install at my house was tricky (in my mind)....fairly narrow gap between houses, and installing on my walkout basement pad, so down a hill with a 6 person tub, then under a 3 season porch. No problem for these guys....it was on my platform on the pad 15 minutes after they pulled up. Reasonable pricing for the service you get. And they'll go all over to pickup or deliver. There's a reason the hot tub dealers in town use Hometown to deliver their new tubs....they're really good at it. And they can maintain the tub for you as well. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Diagnosed my heater had went bad. He found a new heater very quickly. I had them out the next day and was repaired within an hour. Filled the spa and all worked properly. Very easy to work with and attentive to my need. Highly reccomend.

This is how customer service should be done. Caesar and his team are absolute professionals. Our old hot tub was beyond repair and was not going to be easy to remove. It sat three feet below a deck with little access to most sides. Caesar met on site and came up with a plan to remove the hot tub as well as to install a new one. He came out on the day he said he would, and removed the old one. The next day he connected power, ran it through tests and started it up. I saved thousands over going to a big box and besides that, Caesar is always willing to answer his phone, answer any questions I have and is very diligent in making sure that I was happy with the product and service. Once we had the hot tub picked out, it was installed within ten days. Our other bid was twice as much, did not include install or removal and the hot tub would not have been available until late July. There is nothing wrong with purchasing from the bigger stores but once you meet Caesar and discuss your options you will see why I went with and will always stick with HomeTown Hot Tub. Caesar agreed to sell me a used hot tub with a brand new top, remove my old hot tub, and a one year warranty! I still have the old top that leaks! My old hot tub was never removed! Now the hot tub he sold me is not working after 6 months and he wont come repair it! CAESAR CALL ME BACK!!!!!

Caesar from Hometown spas was great! He picked up on day and time slot we agreed on. He notified me when he was picking up hot tub and again when he was on his way to my house with hot tub. He charged me what he quoted over the phone. I am very please with this outfit. Very fare price in my opinion! Thanks for the great service!

This team was amazing! I saw their fantastic reviews online and called them at 10:00am on a Saturday to see if they could help move my spa, which was over an hour away. They had it moved and in place by 1:30pm the same day!!! Friendly, hard working, great customer service. Would highly recommend!
