Rooms were clean and well appointed. Front desk folks were helpful and polite. Close to lots if places to eat and to my work location. Would gladly stay here again when in the area. Roll Tide ?

The Staff was courteous and professional. It's a very short walk to the amphitheater to see a concert. Rooms are nice and very
clean the only complaint that I have is a higher quality pillow would be nice. Aside from that it is a wonderful place to stay and very close to the amphitheater.

nice hotel, in nice area. walking distance from many venues, restaurants & events along the river. Riverfront park was very nice, ... did have a bug run across night stand under phone kinda surprised me as the hotel is clean & upper class than others. but no worries.

My stay here was subpar at best. The staff we encountered were decent. My concerns were that so many things were not in decent order. One of the elevators did not work. The air in the hallways on our floor were hot as a sauna, as if the air didn’t work. The keycard entry at night did not work. The breakfast as someone else stated was piss poor and completely unappetizing. Even the fruit was in poor shape. Our computer chair in our room was in disgraceful shape, torn and battered. Our room was decently clean but did not have a clean feeling atmosphere as it had been cleaned deeply recently. I would NOT stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else to.

This was a perfect stay. As an away team coming in for the football game, the hotel was perfectly situated to access university blvd and all the football activities. Tailgates, bars, events. Everything was in walking distance. The staff were so hospitable. I need to give an extra shout out to Ambry, the front desk attendant who's hospitality and service made us feel right at home. She was so accomodating and all with a big smile on her face. If you're ever in for a game. This is the place to stay.

We made reservations to visit Tuscaloosa for Friday and Saturday nights. Nice location off of the downtown area. Front desk Frankie very helpful in checking us in. Coffee in the lobby very good early in the morning. Many local restaurants within a few blocks.

A special shout-out to Frankie and Cedric at the front desk. Me and my colleague enjoyed getting checked-in by the two of them and experiencing their awesome-, positive hospitality energy! So lovely! My room is clean and neat and the location is a short walk to all that is happening on University Blvd. Pleased to have visited Tuscaloosa and staying at Home2 Suites.

Room was decent, customer service sub-par and very slow, breakfast was piss poor. They were out of everything decent and the rest looked gross. Our Bathroom door was fancy, and nearly impossible to open or close . Out of my hundreds of stays at Hilton properties this one wasn’t the worst but was the most disappointing!
